Chapter 6

Me and Pedro have just come home, Fernando and my parents are sitting in the living room watching TV. When they hear the door slam shut, they all turn to us. ''Kids where were you? You guys are all wet! Is it raining outside? You'll get sick soon! What did you guys do?'' ''Mom! nothing happened we had gone swimming.'' ''In your clothes?'' ''Uh yes it was actually accidental.'' ''Well you're going to fresh up and we'll go to a restaurant if you guys are ready.'' I look at Pedro and look at him questioningly. He shrugs so he didn't know anything about the restaurant either.

It's already 7 or 8 o'clock so I walk to the bathroom and jump in the shower. I put the wet clothes in the laundry basket and grab a simple black dress to put on. I change my clothes and walk out of the room. ''Ready to go?'' asks Fernando ''Si Hermano.'' ''You look beautiful my little girl.'' ''You to mom.''

We decide to walk because the restaurant is around the corner here, it is a nice quiet evening. The weather is neither too cold or too hot. After a             5-minute walk, we are in front of a small, cozy restaurant. It is also not so busy, but Pedro says that the food here is very good and that he is a regular customer here. So I'm curious, we walk in and there are only 4 other people. It's a nice restaurant, we are assigned a place and sit there.

We all look at the menu, but there are so many things I just can't choose. ''Hola ¿Qué puede ser?'' My parents take gazpacho, my brother a salad and then I have to choose. ''Tú me eliges.'' I say to Pedro, without thinking, he says. ''Dos paellas por favor.'' The waiter nods and then walks away. ''Ri, you're going to love it. I always order this here and I come here 2 times in a week so believe me.'' ''okay okay I believe you.''

After a while our food comes and I start eating my paella. I'm going to be honest THIS IS THE BEST PAELLA I'VE EVER HAD! My eyes are probably wide open in surprise because Pedro is laughing at me. ''And? I already said you that it's really good.'' ''This is DELICIOUS the best paella I have ever eaten!'' Within 5 minutes I have already emptied my plate. I normally never eat that fast, but what can I do about it. Pedri is also ready quickly, but what did you expect.

After a delicious dinner we are back home. My parents and Fernando have to go back to Tenerife and I won't see them again until my birthday. I Say goodbye to them and then go to my room. I am completely exhausted by this day, it was fun but I'm really tired. Pedro is probably already sleeping in his room, I decide to text Mikky to ask if she wants to do something with me tomorrow if she is in Barcelona.

Of course I would like to, I just landed in Barcelona. I'll see you tomorrow then! Send your address and I will pick you up. Since when are you actually in Barcelona? I saw you literally yesterday😂

I Landed here at 16.00, I am now sleeping here in my brother's house. I'll explain it later, the address is *******. Good night!

After texting her, I close my phone and immediately fall asleep.

I know it is a bit boring but you have to wait until chapter 8 ;)
