10:00 P.M. Nandito pa ko sa bar, at dama kong lasing na ‘ko, bothered ako sa nakita ko kanina... I swear it was my sister! Siya iyon hindi ako pwedeng magkamali.

Xandra... why are you haunting me? Is it because of Harry? Ate... what do you want me to do?

“One tequilla please.” Tinignan ko ang nag-salita... God! What is he doing here?! “Hey, Lexie. You look good!” Puri nito. Inirapan ko si Zayn at itinuon ang atensyon ko sa iniinom kong brandy. Gusto ko ng umuwi pero parang ayaw ko pa. Gusto ko ng sagot sa mga katanungan ko, ang babaeng kasama ni Zayn, at ang babaeng nakita ko kanina. Iisa lang ba sila?

“Alexa that’s enough, ang dami mo ng naiinom.” Pigil sa'kin ni Zayn akmang iinumin ko ang nasa baso. Nahilo ako nang masanggi ako nito.

“Shut up! Wag mo nga akong pakelaman! Go get a life, Zayn!”  Inis na sita ko dito. Asking as if he cares.

“Get a life? Since you broke up with me I don’t know anymore if I still have a life... I cannot live without you, Lexie... I love you so much it hurts... Baby.” When I heard him called me baby I felt like vommiting. How could he say these things to me? After cheating on me?! Nah, try to find another alibi.

“You know what Zayn? Get lost! Hindi mo na ‘ko madadaan sa ganyan mo! The damage has been done! You cheated on me pay the piper!” I shouted at him. I saw his eyes blazing, I got scared. I never seen him like this before.

“I didn’t cheat on you, you did!” I gulped when he said that. Technically, yes I did cheat on him because I was the first one who had other man in my life. Pero... Siya ang unang gumawa ng move para mag-break kami. ‘Wag siyang tanga!

“Stop blaming me for the fail relationship we had. Just accept it, Zayn. Maybe we’re not meant for each other. What if... The person we’re hanging with now are the destined person for us?” I said, I saw him back to normal. I heard him sighed.

“No... No, Lexie... Tayo ang para sa isa’t-isa. Remember what the fortune teller told us? We’ll live together and will have a perfect family.” Masuyong sabi nito at hinawakan ang kamay ko. “Oo, I cheated on you... But that girl is nothing compared to you. Mahal kita, Lexie. I just did that to get even. I was devastated when I discovered that you’ll get married. Ayokong mawala ka sa’kin, Lexie. That will cause the death of me, baby.” He continued.

No... Ano ba naman ‘to? Why is he confessing about these things to me? I’m getting married this won’t work on me.

“Come with me...” Zayn whispered. Napatingin ako sa kanya, he’s serious.

“Please, Zayn. Let’s move on with our lives. Tigilan na natin ‘to. Let’s be happy on what we have now...” I said and looked to him. I need to make things work before marrying Harry ayokong meron pang makielam sa past namin once na kasal na kami. I’m happy that Zayn approached me.

“I just want to show you something, Lexie. Please?” He begged, I gulped when Harry’s face crossed my mind. What about him? No. Alam kong wala naman gagawing masama sa’kin si Zayn. Aside from the fact that he was my ex, he was also my bestfriend.

I nodded at him. He intertwined his hand to mine and we went out of the bar. He opened the car’s door for me. He climbed to his car and started the engine.

“Where are we going Zayn?” I asked when I cannot contain the silence anymore.

“Later, sweetheart. You’ll know it... Just trust me, okay?” I just nodded. We rode for about 15 minutes when we reached a big mansion. I frowned when I saw it.
