The End? Or The Beginning?

<After the monastery rebuilt>

After days of hard work, the ninja and their allies Cheered as the monastery was finally rebuilt with more rooms and an even bigger kitchen to Cole's delight.

Nya gave jay a peck on the cheek while Kai and Skylor hugged, Zane had his arm around Pixel while Cole was seen holding hands with Vania. Garmadon, Misako, and Wu were standing together proud of the new monastery.

Everything seemed perfect but a certain green-eyed, blond-haired boy was searching for someone.

His eyes finally landed on a white-haired girl walking away from the crowd he followed behind her quietly trying, not to spook her.

Harumi crouched down in a body of water and started splashing water to her face. Lloyd was hiding behind a tree watching. his ex-enemy washing her red face paint.

The girl stared at her reflection in the water for a few seconds while Lloyd decided to reveal himself "I almost forgot what you look like without that face paint on you" he said as he walked closer to her

"Me too' She said not facing him

"You know I won't mind if you stayed with us for a while" he rubbed his hand on the back of his neck awkwardly "What are you talking about?" She said while staring at him in disbelief.

"Well I talked to the others and after lots of convincing they said yes" he said with hopeful eyes.

But Harumi looked away from him avoiding eye contact. "Lloyd... I can't" she said with a slight sadness on her face.

Lloyd looked at her with slight disappointment on his face. "But didn't helping restore the monastery and last-minute change of alliance convinced the commissioner to let you go?" He asked.

"He did let me go, it's just..." She stopped before continuing her words

"After everything that happened between us, to everyone because of me, I just need to get my life together... Like your father did, I need to save myself first" She explained.

"Are you leaving?" Lloyd asked with sadness in his eyes.

" Yeah I am" She said looking at him with her soft eyes.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"Well Your mom and I spoke a few days ago and said that there was a village on the outskirts of Ninjago, and it sounded like the perfect place for me to restart" she finished explained with a small smile on her face.

"When are you leaving?" (Lloyd asked feeling sad, he thought he could get closer to her, get to know her better if she stayed with them, with him, but he was also happy that his former enemy is back in the light)

"As soon as possible, i can't stay in the city I tried to destroy a million times" She said while staring right into Lloyd's Green eyes.

Lloyd was staring right back at her unsure what to say next.

After a few seconds of just staring into each other Lloyd broke the silence

"Well... I'll help you pack anything you need, it seems like you have a lot ahead of you" He said with a sad smile.

"Thank you Lloyd" she said with a genuine smile on her face. Lloyd took a deep breath before saying "There is actually a lot I want to talk to you but... " he froze when Harumi put a hand on his shoulder.

"Tell me when your ready" she said as she walked away from him.

Lloyd looked back staring at the girl walking away from him. Without knowing a small smirk appeared on his face.
