Chapter 1-My school experience

*Ding Dong* the bell rang.
"It's the first day of school" I whispered with a sigh. I can't say I was excited I guess. It was going to be a long day today. I went to my class and saw Jacob the most annoying man alive. He's one of the "smart kids" so he always flexes his knowledge and all even tho there're people smarter than him. I've hated him for a long time now. We've been competing with each other for a long time but we've never been in the same class as each other so when I saw him in the same class as me I was about to die right then and there. Thankfully  some people I knew we're in the same class as me so I wouldn't have to talk with him the whole year. After 10 minutes our class teacher came inside and told the seating arrangement:
"Olivia and Evelyn sit together"
"Jacob and Jake sit together"
And when i heard that I was about to pass out. I was searching for Jacob to see his reaction and there he was with his evil grin. "Oh no this is going to be a long year for sure" I said while take my stuff from my locker. After I finished taking everything from my locker I bumped into Jacob. I said "I do not want any beef this year so want to be friends?" Jacob laughed and said " Me and friends with a loser like you NEVER" he laughed as he went to his sit. I felt so embarrassed. "What was I thinking of course he won't want to be friends with me I am a loser nobody while he is a popular kid who everyone wants to be friends with" I said while walking to my sit, when i was walking I tripped over someone's bag I was about to fall but Jacob cought me just in time. I was so lost in my world I didn't know what to do that's when Jacob asked me"should I let u go or are you going to stand up?" I slowly stood up and let out the most awkward giggle ever.
*Fast forward to Lunch time*
My friends came to me and we started heading down to eat lunch but I wasn't hungry so i didn't know what to do so I just threw my lunch in the dustbin but Jacob saw me and asked "why are you throwing your lunch? Aren't you hungry?" I looked at him surprised and i didn't know what to say or what to do so I just mumbled"I'm not hungry" He could hear me so he leaned closer and said "could u repeat that again?" I again said"I'm not hungry" and he said "but you have to eat something or you'll be sick and there's still going to be 3 hours till snacks so u have to eat something. But u you have thrown all of your lunch so I'll share mine with you if u want" I said "fine" he started to open his lunch he had momo my favorite. After seeing my reaction he said "momo is ur favorite right?" I said"yep it is they're the best" but after going thru his lunch bag he said"my mom forgot to pack me an extra fork this time" I said "it's fine we can share one" he started to take a momo and ate it and then se said"open wide" and fed it to me I was surprised but I didn't think anything of it as it was my favorite food. After we finished eating I said "thank you so much for this and I'm so sorry for this" he said "my pleasure and said it's ok do not worry about it". I could I not stop thinking about that he just fed it to me and acted like nothing happened. Suddenly the bell rang and everyone started to line up. I was at the middle of the line and Jacob was in the back of me. Someone got added in the front and everyone started to move back. I was moving back but Jacob suddenly put his hands on my waist and said "stop moving and wait a few seconds there is no space at the back". I was blushing so much that I felt like I couldn't even say anything but I somehow managed to say ok. That was very embarrassing to ne honest. We went back to our classes and sat down. I needed to grab some book from my locker so I got up and went to my locker. I was about to open my locker but realised that I had lost my locker key so I went back to my desk and asked Jacob if he had a chinese lock key and thankfully he had one so I took stuff up of my locker and went back and sat down. Our ICT teacher was absent so we had a substitute. Thankfully he let us do anything. I was just drawing and then Jacob said "Jake, what are you drawing" I replied "Oh nothing just our classroom" Jacob said " Oh cool you can carry on I'll just do some reading" I was curious about what he was reading so I glanced at his book and oh my gosh he was reading heartstopper I looked at him and i asked "You like this series as well?" He looked at me and said "Of course, you have read it too?" I said "well of course, I'm just waiting for volume 5 now" Jacob said "Oo cool, people who read this series are a little bit fruity so I wanted to ask about your sexuality if you're ok with me asking" I replied "Oh I'm Pan, how about you?" Jacob replied "I'm Bi" I said "oh I think Olivia is Pan as well" Jacob said "And I like Evelyn is Bi" we both laughed and I couldn't help feeling some butterflies in my stomach.
