Bury Me With It
Prologue
It is said that man should not play God.
One man alone shouldn't decide the fates of others, not when everybody is supposed to be equal. Yet, not everybody is equal. Man fools themselves into thinking that they are, but when you look closely, everybody is different. Different, sometimes, equals hatred.
All he ever wanted was to be equal. Yet, there is no way he could ever be. He was gifted, and the power was sweet and addictive. He liked playing with the minds of his victims, choosing who dies in what order. It has always been so easy, because a stressed mind is a panicked mind. Being able to control the environment around him is his gift, it makes it all so simple that he could kill someone without physically touching them.
Though, that didn't mean that he was invincible. He knew that if there was someone out there that could harm him enough...
To find someone who could kill him...his game would be over. He's so tired of playing this game, yet he can't seem to stop. He's not sure how old he is anymore, if he is even aging at all. It has been so long.
He's tired, but he can't stop.
