The Calm Before The Storm.

{ Kris' POV }

After getting some grub to eat, we practiced our own little introduction.

  "Okay okay, once again, from the top!" Susie smiled. 

  "DARK JACK LANCER!"

   "VIOLENT AXE SUSIE!"

   "SW- wait, what's my line again?" I asked. "UGHH, SWIFT MURDERER KRIS!! WE WENT OVER THIS!!" Susie facepalmed. "OKAY OKAY OKAY I WON'T FORGET THIS TI-"

   "Busy being childish, aren't you?" Ralsei sneered. 

   "God, do you do anything other than be annoying?" Susie snapped. "Suz, cool it," I said to her. "Look at you, treating her like some pet of yours. Why won't you come back with us-"

  "Us? I'm DONE, following behind you. I'm not letting you be toxic to MY friends, and expect some result of it Ralsei. I believe you can change. I believe you can be better. But I can't side with you, over my best friends," Jupiter said, going on our side. "Told ya she'd come around," I smiled. "Heh. Maybe if you stop being a bitch, you can come back on OUR side," Susie said. 

Ralsei growled, stepping up to us.

  "YOU'LL ALL BE SORRY. ALL OF YOU WILL,"

  He stepped up to Susie.

  "ESPECIALLY YOU."

He ran off into the forest up ahead.

  "Pssh, sure. Stupid brat," I cursed. 

   "Jupes! You're back!" Susie hugged them. "Heheh, yeah, I knew you guys missed me," she smiled. "Did he do anything to you?" I asked, Lancer climbing up my back, sitting on my shoulders. "Well... not really. Just kept going on and on about how angry he was with Susie... and how he needed to get you back no matter what," she replied. "Ugh. What a creep," Susie gagged. "Well, we need to follow him and see what he's plotting," I said. "And get to the fountain. Even if Ralsei isn't with us, our mission hasn't changed," Jupiter added. 

   "My dad is guarding the fountain... what if he-- what if..." Lancer said. "He won't hurt us. I promise. We don't have to fight him, just talk it out and hopefully... he lets us get through to the fountain. Then we can seal it, and get back," Susie assured him. "Well... okay! I'll help you guys.." he smiled. 

  "ALRIGHT! LET'S GO!" Susie said, pumped.

We continued from the area we were in. The next part had these diamond spinners to time our jumps through to get past. 

 ...Conveniently to the beat of the music in the background, which was really catchy.

The next room was a symbol puzzle, the solution being club, heart, club.

But the buttons only give us the options of spade, diamond, and switch.

  "..How the hell do we do this one?" Susie asked. "Allow me," Jupiter slipped past us.

She put in spade, diamond, spade, then pressed switch and the spikes went down, allowing us to pass.

   "How...?" Susie asked confused. "It's simple! I just-" 

   "Please don't explain just... do those puzzle if we have to," Susie facepalmed. "You're gonna need it later but, alright if you say so," she shrugged. 

We moved on and there was another symbol puzzle, but this time, we had to look around for the solution.
