Aether and Paimon stand nearby, watching Alhaitham argue with an unknown blond, who appears familiar to the Scribe.

"Ugh, you...!" The blond groans. "See!? This is why I hate discussing anything with you. Your ridiculous and arrogant attitude always gets in the way!"

Alhaitham just stands there with a bored expression on his face.

"Hm, it seems that you really can't stand my personality." Alhaitham taunts back, sarcasm dripping from his words.

The blond almost yells back. This is when Aether notices, even from a distance, the man peering at Alhaitham's chest.

"Did you just...?" Alhaitham's smug expression indicated that he, too, had noticed the man's self-indulgent gaze.

"I did not." An immediate rebuttal.

"That's ok, look all you want."

"I did not look." The blond insists.

"Look at what?" At this point, Alhaitham appears to be completely amused by the back and forth.

"You!" The blond almost growls out.

"So you were looking at me?" The Scribe says, pretending to be scandalised.

"They must really hate each other," Paimon says, pulling Aether away from the senseless argument in front of him.He shakes his head in disagreement. Her observation isn't entirely incorrect, but if you look closely, you'll see that's not the case.

There's definitely more going on between those two.
