Everything was normal until a few days ago, the world fell apart, agents everywhere. The only choice everyone had was to just hide until everything died down, but more and more people were dying. Some people escaped, but who knows if they would survive.
Katelyns POV
I can't believe this is happening, me and my family moved here after werewolves were banned in are other house, but now it's just as bad, humans keep declaring wars against us werewolves, turns out there's a safe zone in Colorado, so I pack my stuff, and get ready to leave, nobody was there to stop me, my family is gone, I have no idea if their alive, I tried to open the door,but It wouldn't budge, I grabbed a broken pipe from under the sink and broke the window with it, i took the pipe with me, and put it right beside my map in my bag, just where I could reach it if I needed it. I took my map out and marked the safe zone, right after I saw someone run in the alley I was hiding in, I grabbed the pipe, but turns out it was a werewolf like me, we were the same age, "who are you?!" The werewolf said, "Wow! Slow down! I'm a werewolf too!" I said
Max's POV
"Oh, I'm sorry, I've been on edge the past few days." I said, "that's okay." The werewolf said, "what's your name?" I asked, "it's Katelyn, nice to meet you." Katelyn said, "My name is Max, nice to meet you too." I said, "what's that marked on your map?" "Oh, it's a safe zone in Colorado, saw it on the news." Katelyn said, "let's go there then," i said "Alright, it's better to travel with others anyway." Katelyn said, we were on the move. We were on the way when we say a human taking a dead werewolves food, we hid in a nearby hole. "WHOS THERE?" The man said, we stayed silent until the man ran away, we went to the body he was taking from, there was a gun, "How did he not notice that?" I said, "he had a weapon already, that's why his hand was on his pocket," Katelyn said, "I saw it sticking out a bit, I think it was a pistol."
