Muzan's pov:

"m.. muzan it's here (sob,sob)"

"W-what happened why are you crying dear" i was startled as she came out of the bathroom crying

"w-wait are you pregnant. If you are then no need to cry i will accept the bab-"

"N-no i-it's not th-" (insert crying and sobbing) "uwhaa!!"

She came towards me and hugged me i lead her to the bed and cuddled with her while she was sitting on my lap

"I'm on my period!! I-it doesn't even feel like it's been a month and the bloody bastard is back with cramps and leaking.., why muzan i couldn't even enjoy my no blood-leaking-out-of-my-vagina days properly"

*Sigh* she was crying because of that

"it's okay sweetheart" i asked in my cute boyfriend voice "tell me what do you want"

"A blanket..." She softly whimpered

"Got it" i wiped her tears and was about to go get her the special only use during period because it is red, fluffy and light blanket but..

"No don't release me from you arms it's cold.."

I gave her a soft smile, which only she gets to see

I grabbed her the blanket and wrapped it around her

"Sweet hot tea with two drops of blood" (since demons don't like human food)

"Yes master!" akaza chirped but looked towards y/n with concern

*Gasp* "lady y/n what happened are you okay"

"I'm fine akaza nii" she gave him a smile (she sees akaza as her brother and calls him nii/nii-chan/nii-san and the other upper moons as well)

"End of discussion. now akaza get her hot tea with sugar and two drops of blood"

"Hai master!" He said with a smile and left the room

"He seems in a good mood... Douma probably fed him something" y/n said in a whisper

"Hm.. oh and anything else" i asked her

"Yes.."

"Hm?"

"Of course i will dear" i said as i pulled her closer and started giving her soft pecks of her lips

"Does your stomach hurt?"

I had my hands on her for a while so they should be warm... i snuck up my hand underneath her shirt and started rubbing her belly

"Here master!!" Akaza came back and kept the tea on the bed side table, then he skipped out of the door with a happy aura and anime flowers all around him

(Muzan and (y/n) stared at him with a bruh expression)

"Here" i grabbed the tea and handed it to her "wait a second"

"Hm?" She looked at me innocently

I cut my index finger with my nails and drew a little bit of blood out of it

"What are you doing!!?"

"Feeding you my blood maybe it will make you feel better"

"Shhh.. now open your mouth like a good girl"

She slightly parted her plum lips.. my eyes were intensely focusing on her soft lips, i put my finger infront of her lips she sucked on it her soft little lips going up and down on my finger, i licked my lips with my mind already filled with dark thoughts

"Hehe looks like my potion worked~~" douma giggled while looking at akaza from behind a wall
