Chapter 46: Lucy's Dream

2 years later (Lucy's Dream)

Lucy's P.O.V

(A/N: This is Lucy's perspective while exploring her past. From first joining Fairy Tail, to a scary nightmare she wished would never come true.)

All I can see is a dark gray cloud. Like thick fog. I couldn't see a thing. Until a shroud of color appears in front of me, showing one after another.

"Natsu!" I shriek. "Look! I just got stamped by Mira! I'm an official member of Fairy Tail now!"

Natsu was looking at the request board. He had this look on his face that he couldn't care less. "Oh great. Welcome to the guild, Looney."

"It's Lucy! Got it? Lucy!" Happy covered his little cat ears, with his paws to make sure my shrieking tone didn't deafen him. "Geez, do you have to be so loud?"

Time Skip - Magnolia's Annual Harvest Festival (aka the Battle of Fairy Tail)

Laxus and the Thunder Legion challenged the entire guild because he wanted to be Master of the guild so badly. He used the girls as hostages thanks to Evergreen's Stone Eyes.

Cana, Mira, Levy, Juvia, Bisca, and me were all turned to stone. We couldn't move and not hear what was going on while we were stuck. Natsu, and Master caught us up on everything once we turned back to normal.

While Erza somehow was able to escape due to her artificial eye. Laxus was being super egotistical, as a result, it endangered all of us. Instead, he makes them fight each other. In other words....you must defeat your friends to save your friends.

Natsu's P.O.V

I was a sitting duck when Laxus was being an ass. The enchantment made both me, and Gajeel be stuck. Until Levy figured out how to break the enchantment. It took some time because there was a time limit to until he activated Thunder Palace. 

A giant circle that surrounded all of Magnolia. If he activated it, everything would be destroyed and burnt to a crisp. No survivors. If they didn't manage to escape. I was ready to take him down and teach him a lesson. 

That was, until we thought we were as good as dead. Gajeel realized that Laxus had mastered Fairy Law, which had defeated Master Jose from Phantom Lord. Fairy Law is Gramps' ultimate judgment spell. We were as good as dead. But we all survived somehow. 

Although Laxus refused to admit it, there were no enemies that he deemed worthy enough to die. He used so much magic energy but failed miserably. His true feelings were revealed. And that was how none of us died. 

He tried to prove Freed wrong, and snaps. Until I decided to stand up to him. 

"Who do you think you are?! You're not stronger than Gramps, you couldn't even pull off Fairy Law! You may be his grandson but you're no better than the rest of us. Don't you know that blood types don't matter? Because everyone in the guild is supposed to be considered family!" 

"You're wrong! Blood types do matter!" 

"You've been a member long enough to know better than that! If you think it makes above everyone else in the guild, you're WRONG!"

"And you're dead!" 

"How dare you challenge me!"

"I'm gonna stop you Laxus, I won't let you get your hands on Fairy Tail!"

No P.O.V

After Natsu and Gajeel defeated Laxus in a draw, both were unable to attend the Fairy Tail's traditional Fantasia Parade. Plus, Natsu managed to help weaken the effects of the stone from Evergreen's magic once Erza's artificial right eye came in handy as well.

Here's what happened...

"It's toasty time..." Natsu says. Placing his hands over Erza's body. "Be careful as to where you put those fiery hands, buddy."

Suddenly the stone cracked. He screams and cries, shouting at people to get glue.

Gajeel rolled his eyes and said. "No you idiot...in order to fix her, we need your fire and my iron to weld her back together." Suddenly the crack went down her face.

Master was petrified. "Erza no!"

"Ahhh! I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry...." Natsu pushing his hands together as admin prayer but bowing up and down until the stone cracked completely. Erza's sat there frozen, while everyone was shocked.

"I feel hot..." She glares at Natsu. Then pummels both Natsu and Gajeel. "It was you, wasn't it? Were you trying to cook me?!"

"Erza is back in business, guys!" Happy cheered. "Did you hear most of what's going on right now?" She nods.

"Yea..."
