A week passed, and Reena spent time with Reya, Rocky, and Shakthi. They became a gang. One night, post-dinner Reena lay on her bed thinking hard about her feelings for Rocky, she was almost sure that she was in love with Rocky, and he thought of confessing it to him. She checked her calendar Rocky's birthday was coming soon she decided that she would share his feelings with him. The next morning Reena called Rocky but he didn't attend her call, she thought he might be busy as he told her about joining the office after his semester exams so he might go for some training whenever he was free. So she didn't think much about it. She went to the class and waited for Reya, but she also didn't turn up, Reena got worried and tried calling Reya but she didn't pick up her phone either. 

By evening, Reya called Reena, she attended the call immediately and said, "Reya where are you, and where is Rocky? I am trying to reach you guys since the morning but.." Reya cut in and said, "Relax Ree just relax, Bhai got into a minor accident this morning and we are in the hospital." "What? , I want to see him right away can I come now? please" asked Reena. "I'll try to send Ma back to our house after that you come, okay?" said Reya. Reena told okay and ran to her hostel dumped her things and took her wallet and handbag she took her phone to book a cab but was scared of booking a cab at that time her phone rang, it was Reya. "Ma left and Shakthi will pick you up from your hostel." Said Reya. 

She waited for Shakthi by standing near her window expecting him there any moment, as soon as she saw him she grabbed her things and ran down. She settled in the car and asked, "How is Rocky?". "Much better." Replied Shakthi as he drove. She couldn't be at peace until she saw Rocky with her eyes. As they reached the Hospital, Reena got down and walked fast as her legs would carry. Reya was waiting at the entrance, she took her to Rocky's room she went inside and saw him lying on the bed with a small plaster on his forehead and his arm was bound with a bandage, his eyes were closed.

 Reena sat on the bed and tears streamed out of her eyes. Rocky heard her whimpers and opened his eyes. "Shona" he called her in a hoarse voice. She looked up at him and saw him spreading his arms open for her, she clung to him crying hard. His shirt soon became wet with her tears. "I am okay, don't cry." Said Rocky to soothe her but nothing could calm Reena at that time. Reya came there and patted Reena's back seeing her best friend breaking down. "Did Shakthi drive you here?" asked Rocky rubbing her back. Reena nodded vigorously still in his embrace. She understood that it was Rocky who sent Shakthi. 

"I was very scared when I got to know that you were hurt." Said, Reena. "Shona, I am not hurt very badly and all see just small scratches." Said Rocky kissing her hair. Reena broke the hug and touched the plaster on his forehead and the bandage on his arm, "This big plaster and this bandage is put for a scratch?" asked Reena angrily. Reya rolled her eyes and said," Ree he is big as a buffalo and all this is just like a scratch to him, so don't worry animals heal by themselves stop worrying like our Ma, even though she was behaving like he was wounded badly." Said Reya with a notorious chuckle. 

Reena shook her head and said, "Rey, you must have stayed here from morning nah, you go home and be with aunty I will take care of him." said Reena. "Yes get lost now," said Rocky. "Ohh ohh." Said Reya, winked at the couple, and left. Reena got up and locked the door and sat near him again, she cupped his face and placed kisses all over and rested her forehead against his, and whispered on his lips. "I – am-am in Lo-love with you." And sealed his lips with hers. Rocky was completely shocked and let her dominate the kiss. They broke the kiss and panted. Reena buried her face in his chest feeling shy. As they calmed down he made Reena face him and asked, "Are you sure?". "Sure as you will win the next cricket match." Replied Reena. 

Rocky was spellbound words froze in his throat. He just hugged her tight close to his heart. "I was a bit not sure till yesterday night but when you didn't pick up my calls and when I heard about you being hurt my world stopped, I got my peace only after seeing you here." Said Reena from his chest. She placed kissed on his chest as she said this. Rocky caressed her head and said, "If I knew that you will realize my love for me I would have got hurt before." Reena slapped him hard on his arm making Rocky howl in pain as his muscles were a bit sore. "Why do you talk like this, already you are hurt and made me scared, if you ever repeat such things, I will kill you with my bare arms." Threatened Reena. 

"Okay, I am sorry." Said Rocky holding his ears. Reena smiled at his cuteness and kissed his forehead. "How did you get hurt, Rocky?" asked Reena. "I went jogging with Papa and a big truck came by the driver was a bit sleepy and he was about to crash into Papa and I pushed Papa towards the pavement and I moved towards the pavement too but I slipped and fell, and I got hurt as there were some sharp stones on the ground. And I hit my head on the Pavement. Reena closed her eyes, imagining the situation, pressed her lips on his chest near his heart, and remained like that. "Baby if you do things like this I will lose my control too." Groaned Rocky. Reena smiled and looked at him from his chest and asked, "How is uncle?". "He is fine." Said Rocky and he rested on the bed with his Shona in his arms both slept peacefully.
