"DEAN!!!!" Castiel screamed as he saw the blade enter Dean's chest. Dean's eyes widen as he looked at Castiel while the blade torn through muscle tissue and enters his rib cage. The angel who attacked Dean and Castiel disappeared after seeing Castiel's face.
"Dean! Oh god...we need to get you to the hospital" Castiel held Dean. Castiel took off his trench coat to help stop the bleeding but Dean was bleeding so much.
"Cas...I don't know if we have enough time" Dean whimpered out.
"Don't talk like that. I'll get you there and you will live" Castiel picked up Dean and threw him over his shoulder. By doing this he was applying more pressure on the wound to hopefully be able to get him to the hospital. Castiel has never driven the Impala but he had no time for the crash course on dean's car 101. Castiel rushed to the closest hospital which was 30mins away.
"Someone help me!!" Castiel held Dean as he walked into the hospital. Nurses rushed over to him and took him away. Castiel walked with the nurses until they told him he can't stay.
"Why not?? I need to make sure he's fine" Castiel panicked.
"Only family and spouses." the nurse told him.
"He's my um husband. Please let me in" castiel begged as he lied his way to get in. Dean was teaching Castiel how to lie and stay calm while doing it.
"Cas?" Dean asked waking up from the emergency surgery he had on lung.
"I'm here Dean" Castiel grabbed Dean's hand. It was comforting having Castiel by his side.
"How did you get in? It's only family" Dean questioned.
"Family and spouses...I told her you were my husband" Castiel slightly blushed and smirked.
"Haha!! Oh Bobby will laugh at that one." Dean joked around.
"Um, Dean? Did you hear anything I told you while I was driving you here?" Castiel asked. Castiel told Dean somethings that he felt he shouldn't have said.
"What? You drove my Impala?? Is she okay??" Dean totally missed the question at hand.
"Yeah, yeah she's fine. Answer my question please" Castiel was considered and pulled his hand away from Dean's. He looked down and started to think how he screwed up his friendship with Dean.
"Sorry, I don't remember anything after you picked me up" Dean was starting to take it serious after seeing the expression on Castiel's face.
"Okay" Castiel cleared his throat.
"Why? What did you say? You know you can tell me anything" Dean asked curious.
"It's not important Dean, you're good and you'll make a quick recovery." Castiel tried to brush it off as nothing and talk about Dean's status.
"Cas, I taught you how to lie. I can tell when you're lying. Tell me, what did you say?" Dean caught Castiel's lie.
"No Dean, I shouldn't have said anything" Castiel was regretting asking Dean if he remembered.
"Come on Cas, tell me" Dean pushed the ex-angel more. Castiel sighed and thought to himself, what am I doing? This is going to screw up everything...just do it already. Castiel couldn't bring it to himself to say it.
"Don't worry" Dean told him to encourage him.
"Fine!" Castiel finally acted on it. He leaned towards Dean and quickly kissed him before Dean could push him away.
"What? You, you just kissed me?" Dean asked confused.
"I love you! There! I said it!! Happy??" Castiel got up and walked out the door.
"Wait Cas!! Come back!! Don't leave" Dean yelled out. He took the wires and tubes off himself and ran. Dean caught up to Castiel and gripped his arm and pinned him against the wall in the empty hallway.
"Sorry, I shouldn't ha..." Dean cut Castiel off with his lips pressed against Castiel's. Castiel was shocked but started to kiss the hunter back.
"I wasn't sure before but I now know that I want you and need you" Dean whispered in Castiel's ear with his lips slightly gracing Cas' ear causing Cas to shiver.
"Dean, let's go to the bunker" Cas said with ergency.
"And do what?" Dean continued to tease Cas by pressing up against Cas' body.
"You know what i'm going to do to you when we get in there" Cas stuttered as he held onto Dean's waist.
"Zap us out" Dean ordered Cas.
Cas had the biggest smirk on his face and kissed Dean before relocating the pair.
