Five Hargreaves x Y/n

When we met

Y/n was always different, her mother new that since the day she was born. 43 children around the world were born with super powers having been born on the 12th hour on the first day of October 1989, all born from women who were not pregnant when the day began. Seven of these children were adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves. Y/n was unfortunately born that day, but Sir Reginald never found her.

Y/n was walking outside on her way to griddys donuts around 9:30 after she had snuck out. She sat down at a table in the back as she saw a cute guy around her age in a school boy outfit, which she found kind of parculier as it was late and he should have changed. He asked the lady for a coffee.... Black. He saw you as he waited at the front and smiled. Y/n blushed as she had never been flirted with before, knowing her the way she put herself together. She had H/C and E/C with her little freckles and eye bags. She stared at him after he turnd his back, he looked around 13-14 but she couldn't tell. When he received his coffee he walked over to you and asked if he could sit down. You of course said yes as it would be awkward if you had said no, and the fact you secretly wanted him to sit with you.
" what's your name." He said as he smiled, you couldn't tell if it was sarcastic or sincere but you blushed anyways. "Y/n, what your name" you said in a quiet voice as you don't normally talk. Why would you? You had no one to talk to, your mom was always at work or asleep and you had no friends as you tried to isolate yourself as you were scared to hurt people. "Five" "Like the number?" You asked confused someone would name there kid after a number. "Weird as it sounds, yes" he took a sip of the coffee and you could only cringe on the inside just imagining the bitter taste of the unsweetened beverage. "So, what's a young girl like yourself doing out so late by them selves?" he asked and he chuckled showing his dimples, on his 3 little freckles that were on the side of his face, barley noticeable, but only if you pay attention to him will you notice them. "I could ask the same thing" you smiled lightly and he chuckled. "Well, that's fair. I normally come here with one of my siblings but I just wanted to get a quick cup of coffee instead of just sit in my room all bored, don't you agree. " he asked looking you in the eyes as you giggled. "I'm here cause I have work and just like coming here to watch people while I work. " he had just noticed the fact you had a small bag with a few folders and a computer. A lady named Agnes came up and asked if you would like your usual and you said yes (I like peach tea but you can choose what you want) after a few minutes she brought it to you and you thanked her giving her the $5 you new it would be as you were quit the usual.

After a few hours of talking you had unfortunately not been able to do any work, but you had made your first friend.
