Chapter 42: Sweetness

This was a lot to take in. Everything we uncovered with Jane and the turmoil she would've gone through was certainly overwhelming. We had suspicions but we also had proof. Jane's records showed us that she did receive care at a maternity hospital and after sort care at a children's hospital. There was only one person I could think of who might be able to help us with this: Dr. Charlie.

From the moment Aunt Geu-Roo heard that we weren't really welcomed at Jungkook's grandparents' home and we were going to look for a hotel, she immediately offered her place. We gladly accepted. I had just taken a bath and was getting ready for dinner when I used my phone to video called the good doctor. He and Sean were visiting their family back in Texas and were happy to chat with us.

"Hey you guys. How are things with you both?"

I smiled, "We're fine. How's Africa?"

Sean smiled, "It's been challenging but worthwhile. Charlie said you needed some medical help? Is it about your transformation?"

I shook my head, "No not yet," and I went on to tell them about my mother's lover and what we had discovered about Jane's hospital records.

Charlie replied, "I have a friend who works at CHONC. Let me see what I can find out for you."

He left us and Sean and I spoke for a while. She told me about her life in Africa and the number of girls they were helping. Their children were playing in the back yard with their cousins and were progressing well. Listening to her talk about family life and seeing the joy on her face, I was truly happy for them and more and more I loved the idea of starting my own family with Jungkook.

Jungkook came up to me and kissed me on my cheek and greeted Sean. I held his hand and when he looked into my eyes, I blushed and melted. Sean saw our sweet interactions and sighed, "Awww... You guys are so cute. Hurry up and get married and start making babies. I can't wait to see how cute your children will be." I blushed even more now and Jungkook chuckled as he kissed the back of my hand. Such a gentleman!

Aunty Geu-Roo came up behind us, "They most certainly are adorable."

I made the introductions, "Sean, this is Aunty Geu-Roo. She's Jane's aunt. Sean is an intersex like me."

Aunty looked at Sean and her eyes got wide, "Wow. I thought you were a... well a..."

Sean snickered, "You mean a real girl?"

Aunty nodded shamefully, "I'm sorry. Maybe you could tell me more about it. Tell me your story."

Sean smiled, "It's okay. But yes I was born both a boy and a girl but I've always had more feminine looks than a male. Even as a child you wouldn't think that while I was strutting in my frilly dresses and parasol that I was also walking around with a penis in my knickers. I've always looked like a girl: soft skin, long eyelashes and curves. I even had boobs but even though my penis was small and not developed I still had male hormones. So I was pretty confused. At first I was able to hide my sexuality from my first boyfriend but when things were getting really serious I panicked.
