"Can we talk in private" he hissed angrily at me. I just nodded at him as words failed me at the moment. I followed him as he made way to his car, and proceeded to sit in the drivers seat.

I hesitantly sat on the passenger seat and looked anywhere but him. I couldn't see all that fury and sadness directed at me.

"Look at me" he demanded. A deep chill settled in as I noticed his eyes had turned as red as the feiry pits of hell. This happens when you lose all control of your human side, and it reminded me of my uncle and all the horrific memories attached to him. I pushed away all those images and concentrated on dashboard as if it held all the answers to the universe.

"You're coming with me, and its not up for discussion" he stated coldly. All I wanted to do was to punch his pretty nose but I didn't dare provoke him when his wolf was out. So I just rubbed soothing circles on his hand, trying to calm the raging wolf. His eyes finally turned to baby blue ones which I adored.

"You're still coming with me."

"I don't even know you!" I retorted.

"Well I'm Ares Jefferson, Alpha of  Werewolf Warrior pack." He said in a bored tone and I'm pretty sure my jaw must have hit the floor. What the firetruck! He's the alpha of the most strongest pack in the whole world and I'm his mate.

"So, I am Evelyn Carter" I mumbled. I could see he wanted to ask me something but refrained himself.

"Better start packing quickly, I don't have all day, woman."

"What! You just cant expect me to leave and just pack everything and follow you god knows where." I angrily retorted.

"Listen up carefully Evelyn, if you care about your aunt's safety then you better come with me. I'll give you four hours to pack."

How could he threaten me like that! I numbly nodded at him. I quickly left the car without sparing a second glance at him, I knew if I looked at him one more time I'd break down in pitiful tears.

I had finally made my way back home and explained the whole situation to Kathy, only leaving out the threatening blackmail part. How could this day be the worst and the best day of her life. I had finally made a new life for myself and my baby in this town, only to have the Alpha tear it down to shreds.

"It'll be alright sweetie, I'll miss you two" Kathy said with tears in her eyes. In life you get used to someone, you even love and respect them, but in the end everyone leaves. Here I am again, always saying goodbye; goodbye to my parents, my past, and now this life.

She gave me one last hug and handed me my bags. Athena was oblivious to all of this as she jumping up and down with excitement. I guess I was saying goodbye to this life and she was saying hello to a new adventure.

Finally we made our way out with all of my stuff and I saw him waiting outside his car as looking at me with a blank expression. I broke off the stare and made my way to the car with the bag but he snatched it and placed it in the car. After I had safely tucked in Athena I sat on the passenger seat. He quietly sat in the driver's seat as I said my final goodbye to my aunt and this place.
