Hokage Order One Of The Guard To Call Kakashi Hatake And Signal Other Guards To Leave The Office and Activate the Privacy Seal After Some Time Another Knock can be Heard From Outside the Office and Hokage Tell Him To come Inside  It was Kakashi Hatake in his Anbu Dress With Dog Mask. 

"Kakashi Remove your Mask and Be at ease" Kakashi See Another Anbu and started to study what was going on But anyhow he remove his mask

Both Hokage and Kakashi Narrow There Eyes and Stare At Fugaku After some time Hokage Give Him permission and  Fugaku Place Seals In each Corner And Fugaku Remove His Mask Both Hokage And Kakashi were Shocked

"How are you going to contact Jiraya and Tsunade we don't have Tsunade's Location It will take them some time to come here, " Said Hokage
