I kissed her! I actually kissed her! And I loved it! I want nothing more then to pull the car over and kiss her again! But Mickey is in the back seat and that would be just plain weird!
"Lucas?" Her voice is barely a whisper. "Yea? Are you okay?" I say softly glancing over at the most beautiful woman I've ever laid eyes on.
"Yea... But um was that because Rochelle was watching you of was it because you wanted to do it?" She asks hesitantly. "Nia, I've been wanting to do that since I spent the day with you the first time. I really like you and I guess I didn't want to ruin our friendship if you didn't feel the same way because Mickey...
He just adores you. You are all he talks about now. He has never done that with anybody. I didn't want you to stop talking to me because Mickey Would be devastated." Smiling Nia reaches over and interlocks her small fingers perfectly with mine.
"Thank you..." Confused I smile and ask for what. "For telling me the truth. For telling me that my feelings for you aren't wrong because since I met you I realized that you aren't just the badass everyone thinks to are.

I feel like I've won the lottery! 'She likes me!' I sound like a girl! 'Dammit I love this girl, I just won't tell her just yet.' "Really?" I say wanting to pull her into my lap and kiss her endlessly... But I don't, I continue driving and place her hand on my knee to change gear.
When we drive up to her house its strangely empty. "Where us everyone?" I ask looking over at her. "Noe is probably at Claudia's. And my mom is probably on a date." She says letting out a sigh.
"Have you been alone at home lately?" I ask a little irritated that Noe would even think to leave his sister alone. 'Ass' I think to myself.
"Yea I guess I have but it's not that bad usually I end up at your place doing homework while Mickey watched movie. Or Mariah and I will go to the mall." Nia gives me a little smile and gets out of the car before I can respond.
"Mickey... Baby boy? Papacito? Come on papas lets get out we're here babes." Her voice is soothing as she lifts a half asleep Mickey out if his car seat. I smile at the thought of her being Mickeys mother. She would be a great mom. 'What the hell are you thinking?!'
I get out grabbing Mickey's bags and lock Nia's car as I walk towards the house. "Daddy?" Mickey says sitting on the couch and rubbing his eyes.
"Yea buddy what's up?" I say closing and locking the door before I walk to the couch and sit next to him. "What is you doing here?"
Mickey climbs onto my lap and rests his little head on my chest and closing his eyes again. "I came with you buddy."
"But daddy what bout Chelle?" He says yawning slightly. "She went bye bye bud. Chelle isn't coming back I promise." I say patting his back lightly.
" I no like Chelle daddy she mean to me..." I hug Mickey close to me and after a while he moves around again. "I love you daddy and my mommy Nia too." My eyes go wide at the last part but before I can ask Mickey about it I hear his soft snores. Yes this kid snores, loud...
