Shrinivasa was waiting for the nightfall. He sneaked into the kitchen along with Godavari. Godavari arranged a plate of food and handed it to Shrinivasa.
" Be careful okay. You are sole support for me " He whispered.
" Don't worry Chikka Rayare. I will inform you both correctly an hour before Sunrise as usual " Godavari grinned.
Shrinivasa went to Satyabhama's room and found her in the balcony caressing her long braid.

Shrinivasa sighed. He soon slipped inside the room and locked the room which caught Satyabhama's attention. She turned to face him.
" Come sit down" He said arranging the plate on the floor. It has been already more than a month since they got married. Life as a husband and wife is just normal now.
Satyabhama sat infront of him with a warm smile. He just started feeding her.
" You had your dinner?" She asked in middle.
" I will eat later Bhama you have now " Shrinivasa proceeded to feed one more morsel of food.
" No you also eat now only. I don't force you to tell the reason. Whatever it is I don't care but please don't behave like this with me. I can't bear that. You don't how I lived this one day without even speaking a mere word with you Bhava. If you are just bored with me then just mix a bit of poison in this rice and feed me that's it...I" Shrinivasa placed his palm over her lips before she could continue her words.
" What's all this? Can't you eat peacefully?" Shrinivasa scolded her. Satyabhama frowned.
" Here promise me that you will never leave me at any cost " He said forwarding his palm.
" Why? What happened now?" Satyabhama puzzled.
" Do what I say "
She smiled and placed her palm over his palm.
Shrinivasa and Satyabhama continued to feed each other. After wrapping up everything they say next to eachother quietly.
" Wanted to say something" Shrinivasa said making her to sleep on the floor and he settled his head on her chest as always.
" What's that?" Satyabhama asked caressing his hairs.
Shrinivasa started sweating all of a sudden. He imagined what could be Satyabhama's reaction after knowing about Rukmini. In his imagination it appeared disastrous.
" Bhava " She patted his cheeks bringing back Shrinivasa to present.
" Tomorrow I am going out on some work. I will leave early morning itself and it may take some two to three weeks to return. Take care " Shrinivasa said.
Satyabhama's face shrunk all of a sudden. This time Satyabhama was tensed.
