Snape's Daughter (Draco Malfoy)

Part 12

I woke up early the next morning.

"Draco, come on we need to get an early train so we can get there before 7pm," I shake him.

He gets up and we get dressed. We go into the kitchen and see Lucius and father.

"We're going, now. We'll be back in about four or five days," I say.

"Be good, don't get into trouble,"

We go to the train station and get the tickets just in time. We get on the train with five minutes to spare.

Draco falls asleep as soon as the train starts to move but I look out the window and see the beautiful scenery. Fields as far as the eye can see. After a while my eyes grow heavy and I fall asleep.

I wake up to a lady with a snack cart.

"Would you like anything, love?" she asks.

"A water," I say.

She hands it to me and I hand her some money. I fall asleep again and wake up to the train pulling into the station.

"Draco, wake up, we're here," I shake him.

We get our stuff and get off. I see Mrs. Gally from next door and head towards her.

She holds her arms out and I go in them, "I'm so sorry for your loss darling. Your grandmother was one of the kindest people I've ever met,"

"This is my boyfriend Draco, Draco, this is my grandmother's friend and neighbor Mrs. Gally,"

"Is he a wizard, too?" she asks.

Draco looks astonished that Mrs. Gally knew about magic.

"Yea. By the way, her first husband was a wizard and she knew my grandmother from the age of twelve. She knew my mother and helped her with everything she needed for Hogwarts," i say.

He nods in understanding.

"Where's Dottie?" I ask as we head to her car.

"At my house. I've been taking care of her since she passed," she says

"Who's Dottie?" Draco asks.

"My grandmother's dog. She's a Collie, helps with the livestock on the farm. How is it?"

"People have been helping out so the bank doesn't take over. At least not until the funeral,"

We get to her house and Dottie runs out of the house, "Dottie!!" she runs to me and jumps on me.

We put our stuff in our room and I go get stuff from my grandmother's house and then fall asleep next to Draco.
