I'm running around my new shop as frantic as ever, after all today is the Grand Opening. I just hope that my tea shop gets lots of costumers.
After completing the last finishing touches I flip the sign to open. I walk back behind the counter and set out the cups. As I have my back turned someone walks in, when I turn around I am face to face with Belle Gold. I jump a little because she scared me.
"Oh I'm so sorry did I startle you?", Belle asked.
I nodded putting my hand over my heart.
"Yeah just a little. but it's okay." I gained my composure.
"So what can I get you?"
"Just two mint teas and four of those delicious looking chocolate chip cookies!" she said pointing at the cookies and licking her lips.
I walk over to grab four Hot, freshly baked cookies. As soon as I opened the cookie oven the mouth watering smell of the cookies filled the whole shop. I walk back to Belle and hand her the cookies.
"Thank you so much. How much do I owe you for this?"
"Six dollars and Forty two cents."
"That's all?!"
"Yes after all you are my first costumer."
"Okay well here you go. and I didn't quite catch your name."
I roll my eyes and laugh.
"That's because I never told you."
"Well then can I know you're name?"
"My name is (Y/N)"
"Well it was nice meeting you (Y/N)."
With that she left.
The next two hours were very very slow. Emma and Henry came in and ordered hot chocolate, just to see how good it was, they were extremely happy with it too. Leroy came in, Archie Hopper, and Mary Margaret and David came in too.
Finally one of my favorite kids, besides Henry, can't into the shop. Paige. "Come on come on come on! Daddy hurry up!" Paige laughed running into the shop.
"Well hello Paige!" I smiled and leaned over the counter.
"Hey (Y/N)!"
"And what are you up to?"
"Trying to get my daddy to move faster he's soooooo slow!"
We both laugh.
"Okay okay well while your here what can I get you?"
"Two honey tea's and.... you know what (Y/N) just bring out all the things a good Tea Party needs."
"I'll get right on it."
I walk into the back and grab cookies, cake, tiny sandwiches, etc.
When I get back a tall dark haired man standing next to Paige.
"Well here you go Paige."
"Thanks (Y/N)!"
"Wow wow wow Paige this is a lot of stuff for just one Tea Party." he turns to me.
"How much is this going to cost?"
"Nothing it's On the house."
"Are you sure?"
"Yep!"
Paige stands up and hugs me.
"Oh thank you thank you thank you!"
"Paige would you mind introducing me to your kind friend?" Her father said.
Paige nodded.
"Daddy this is (y/n).....(y/n) this is my daddy and his name is Jefferson."
"It's nice to meet you (y/n)." he shakes my hand.
"It's nice to meet you too Mr. Jefferson."
"Please just call me Jefferson."
"alrighty then Jefferson enjoy the Tea Party."
I had already closed up the Tea Shop for the day and chose to walk home after stopping by the library and picked out three books to read over the week.
It's nearly dark and looks add if it's going to rain. I put my jacket good over my (h/c) hair so I wouldn't get a full soaking. I was almost home until someone ran up to me.
"Hey (y/n) right?"
"Yes and who are you?" I asked trying to get over the fact of hope freaking creepy this guy was.
"Oh my dear you don't remember me but you will.... what's that?!" He points to something. I turn and look. Nothing.
"I don't see anything!" I yell when I turn around, but when I turn around the man is holding a stick.
"Oh it must have run off." he says with no emotion what so ever.
Someone grabs my arms I try to scream but the man behind me covers my mouth.
"sssshhhhhh. now now we wouldn't want anyone to find us would we."
I start struggling. The man grabs a vile, filled with a red substance, his pocket and forces it to my lips and the liquid fills my mouth. I have no choice but to swallow the terrible tasting substance.
"There's a good girl. Now maybe you won't have that bad of a head ache when you wake up. so let us get on with this wouldn't want to keep Her Majesty the Queen waiting should we?" with those being his last words he takes the stick and thrusts it full force until it meets with my head. I drop too the ground and everything around me goes black.
