okay!
i'm only going to say this a few more times before i delete the book and it's entirety.
but before i say what i'm about to say—
i want to honestly and genuinely shout out the people who read, vote, follow and give nice compliments or supportive comments to my one shots. y'all a good chunk of why i continue to write. i absolutely love you all and appreciate you all, so thank you so much.what i'm about to say doesn't apply to you all i listed above. so please, read with light conscience.
if this does apply, do not let it fly.
recently there has been an influx of negative ass energy surrounding my earlier stories. ones from like 1-3 years ago.
during these stages of my writing development, i dabbled in daddy kinks, angry sex kinks, pet names such as; princess, kitten, maybe babygirl? i can't remember.
i write about kinks that i like and kinks that i know a lot of my readers liked before you handful of tiktok users came in and started shit talking every time you seen princess or kitten. or sebastian being called daddy.
i also have had a lot of readers message me privately saying they don't feel comfortable reading my books because the kinks they like are publicly getting shamed.
now! you are right to your own kinks and shit you like and don't like. but instead of being the clowns that some of you are, you can KINDLY imply that you wish to see less of those things being thrown around.
BE MINDFUL. there are people who do enjoy what you don't! being rude or saying awful shit really does deter some people from reading because they feel judged.
I CAN TAKE CRITICISM !
contrary to popular belief it might not seem like it. but i truly believe i do not get criticism, but straight up passive aggressive hate.i have a reader right now literally complaining on every part.
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM
Constructive criticism is clear, direct, honest, and easy to implement. It provides specific examples and actionable suggestions for positive change. This type of feedback also highlights ways the recipient can make positive improvements in their behavior to minimize future problems.so, i'll write some examples below :
1. "i'm not a big fan of the daddy kink so in the next part could you maybe not make y/n say daddy?"
2. "i don't like to be called princess so maybe in the next parts could you not use princess as much?"
3. "the way you wrote this makes it hard to understand if this is consensual enough, can you verbalize it next part?"
4. "can you maybe not write about this situation?"
5. "this one shot wasn't the best plot wise. can you make the plot more stronger next one?"
THESE ARE NOT CRITICISM :
i blocked out the users name so you can't send them hate or anything. i won't tolerate that kind of behavior in my comments.
to move further on my anger
i will be taking this book down to redo everything someone has said something about. so if it's down for months or even years, do know that people who are chronically online did this. ☠️☠️
and one final thing, i know my responses to some of you might be very angry or come off rude and honestly. it's not my intention. but when i'm constantly getting comments like those listed above i don't know if you're genuinely trying to just say something to say something or nitpick.
i'm not going to comment anymore. i'm just going to start muting.
and if the problem continues, this book will be deleted.
thanks for reading! hope we can all understand the dilemma here and all come together to fix it.
