A shining star never gets lost in darkness

"What the hell is happening here?" Y/n roared making everyone scramble to their tables. "Grace and Ethan come to my cabin now" she walked away making them gulp in fear. Y/n got in the elevator and punched in the number without waiting for them. She knows they will need some time to collect the documents.

"Chloe send me the proposals for Mr. Luo construction" she walked in to her office without waiting for her answer. It's been three days since she visited the place with Yoongi and she has been in bad mood from then. "Here is the file" Chloe placed the new project on her table. "And this is for you" she sighed looking at the new bouquet on her hand. "Throw it away" Chloe frowned making Y/n glare at her. "I will keep it on the coffee table"

She scowled at Chloe who didn't listen to her. "Are you defying me?" Chloe shook her head smiling. "Come on boss. Flowers didn't do anything to you" before she can say anything she left her room. She ignored her and started going through her file. "I brought your favourite coffee as you seem stressed" Chloe said placing coffee on her table after five minutes. Y/n smiled unknowingly at her gesture.

She sipped on her coffee while reading the file. After few minutes she heard knock on her door and it opened to reveal Ethan and Grace. "Come in" they came in and took seats in front of her. "I am sorry ma'am. We got carried away while talking and it won't happen again" Ethan apologized to her. "I don't mind interacting with your colleagues but it shouldn't affect your work"

"We will keep that in mind. Sorry ma'am" she hummed in reply checking the files. "Any update on the projects?" Ethan opened the file he was carrying and placed it in front of her. "We got approval from Mr. Mancini and one more is in final talks for today" she read the files he gave her. "Good. What happened to bidding?" Y/n got interested in the city development bidding Yoongi told her about. She thinks it is perfect to process her plan there. "We had talks with Mr. Lucas but he rejected to work with us" she smiled knowing her plan is working. "Is that so?"

Ethan and Grace glanced at each other confused. They thought she would be mad at them as she specifically told them that she needs this project. "I will try to convince him again" Grace tried to reason with her and she just hummed in reply. "Do that but if he is not interested in it. Leave it" they were confused at her behaviour. She seemed hell bent on partnership with Lucas last week so what happened now?

"Finalise the deal and share it to Hoseok. He will monitor it" she gave few more instructions to them before they left. She closed her eyes feeling fatigue. She was about to fall asleep when someone barged in her room making loud noise. "Good morning" she sighed looking at Hoseok who was smiling brightly at her. "Morning" he walked in and took a swat in front of her. "Chloe told me you are in bad mood" she scoffed making him chuckle.

"That bad" she glanced at him before getting up. "I need to use bathroom" she walked towards her washroom and slapped water on her face. She looked at her face in mirror and frowned. She is not a fan of makeup before. But she wears it now to hide the dark circles and stress. She reapplied some makeup and walked back in to her room.

"I am craving for fried chicken" she laying on the sofa. "I want to eat chicken while watching the sunset and sleep outdoors today" she sighed closing her eyes. "Too bad we are stuck with projects" she was rambling about things on her mind without worry cause she thought it was Hoseok. She stopped talking when she heard someone sneeze.

"You are not Hoseok?" she said before turning around. When you live with someone for long enough you know then even with the sound of sigh. "What are you doing here?" she asked Yoongi. "Your secretary let me in" he answered her confused. "Where is Hoseok?" he shrugged not knowing. The room was empty when he came in and by the sound of water he thought Y/n is in bathroom. He didn't expect her to ramble though.

He listened to it without interrupting cause he missed her cute talks. "What do you want?" she asked coldly and he missed the sweet girl she was few seconds back. "Jin asked me to inform he want to meet us" she frowned. "He could call me as he has my number" why would he inform Yoongi to tell her when he can do that. Besides it doesn't seem professional either. "I was there so he told me to invite you directly"

"When is the meeting?" she asked ignoring the odds. "At 4'o clock" she checked time and they still have lot of time before it. "Ok. I will be there" she asked him to share the address but he said he will pick her up. "I have my driver and car today"

"We need to discuss few things before meeting and I have work now so we can talk while driving" she couldn't say no to him. If it is about work she can't disagree with him. "Fine. I will wait for you at 4 then" he nodded and told her he will pick her up at the time. He walked out of her room and got in elevator. "Jimin I need your help" he called his secretary and informed him the work. He smiled thinking about spending time with Y/n this evening.

"Y/n" she scowled looking at Hoseok. "Where did you go?" he looked at her wide eyed at her outburst. "I got call from Ethan. You told him to contact me" she scolded Ethan mentally for choosing this time. Can't he call him any other time? "Did something happen?" she shook her head. It would ruin Hosoek mood to talk about Yoongi. "Nothing" she got busy with files while Hoseok also sat and started working.

"I heard Lucas rejected our proposal" she smiled hearing him. "I thought he would agree but he is smarter than I thought" she thought he would agree to work since he is so crazy about women. When she was in school lot of her friends told her Lucas is interested in her but she paid him attention. She didn't plan to use that method but she wanted to see how smart he is. "Are you sure about this?" Hoseok was worried about her. Getting involved with mafia can be dangerous. Though he wants Aria to be safe he can't let anything happen to Y/n either.

"I am certain about this plan" she opened the file and passed it to Hoseok. "I think Lucas will bid for this project too" he read the file she gave. "Lucas has been working with this Chinese company from last five years. Chances are he will get this project too" she knows that. She is going to use this project to crumble him to floor. "We are using this project for our plan" Hoseok couldn't help but wonder what she has in mind this time.

They talked about random things and work. Before they can realize it was time for Y/n to leave. She walked out and saw Yoongi already waiting for her. They didn't have any conversation as he said they would. He drove for almost an hour and stopped in deserted area. She gasped seeing the sight in front of her. She couldn't believe he brought her here of all the places.

I can't believe Hoseok is going to army too soon. I think Namjoon will enlist next as he completed his solo release and schedules. Do you think so?
