The Urge

We walk to Machi's apartment when we see her mom getting in her car. I let go of Yuya's hand and go up to the car. "Hey Lenka,Machi is inside." her mom told me. "Is she okay?" I ask with concern in my voice. "Machi isn't taking it well but she still has one child left." I nodded and Yuya came up behind me. "I'll go see how she is." We go into the apartment and it is really dark.

"Put your coat there." I point to the couch. We walk down the hall and see Machi laying on her bed. We quietly walk over to her and she has some tears running down her face. "Machi..." I say and she sits up. Machi hugged me as soon as she saw me. "Its okay." I say caressing her back. "Did Seth tell you?" she asks wiping her tears. I nod. Machi must have seen Yuya because she pulled the blankets up to her neck.

"What is Yuya doing here?" she whispers in my ear. "He came with me." I said looking at Yuya. This is probably making him uncomfortable now that I think about it. "Are you coming to school tomorrow?" Machi shrugs her shoulders. "If you are then I'll see you tomorrow." I say standing up. Machi nods and we grab our coats and leave.

It's starting to snow when we close the door. "Want to get coffee or something?" Yuya asks. It's really cold outside and I did drag him over Machi's house so this is the least I can do right?And besides,we are dating."Sure" I say.

We walk to a cafe where we sit at a two seated table. "What do you want?" he asks. I look at the board to see what I want. "Just green tea." Yuya ordered a green tea and a latte. "Will Machi be okay?" he ask. I shrug my shoulders. "In time I'm sure. Machi is very bubbly but when she is hurt,it can last for a while." I tell him.

He just nods. We drink our drinks and talk about school and our friends. "We are closing soon." a worker says. "Wanna go?" Yuya asks. "Yeah."

We walk out to Yuya's car and he drives me home. "See you tomorrow." I say opening the car door. I turn towards Yuya because I have an urge. I lean in and kiss him. I put my hand on his shoulder and we fight for dominance. I surrender to him and the kiss soon breaks apart. He smiles as he backs away. "Bye." I jump out of the car and open my door.

"Your here late." my mom said sitting on the couch. "Sorry I went to see Machi." I went upstairs when my phone rang. "Hello?" I answer

"Hey." Yuya said. Why is he calling me? We just kissed so this is awkward.

"What are you doing?" he asks.

"Nothing getting ready for bed."

"Cool."

"Listen I got to go,my mom want me." I lied.

"Alright bye."

Our conversations on the phones are always awkward. I can't believe it I kissed him!
