"Ouch!" Anastasia gasps, jumping in her seat a bit.

"Hold still damn it." i dabbed a cotton ball on the cut on her nose.

"It hurts!" she whined.

"Sooner we get done, the better. Now hold still." i dipped a cotton ball on some rubbing alcohol and held it against her nose.

I fixated my attention on her. I scrunched my face up.

"looks gross."

"Meanie." she said while flicking my ear."

"Not my fault. He was the one who punched you. And besides, if I wasn't there, you wouldn't have been raped or something." I stuck my tongue out at her.

"He wouldn't have raped me!" she slapped my arm.

"You dont know that." I tease.

She rolled her eyes at me.

"Done." I looked into her eyes. There was a long pause between us.

"What?" she laughed.

I shook her off and shifted my gaze at the emergency kit and put everything back into the cabinet.

I grabbed her by the waist and pulled her off the bathroom counter and set her down onto the floor.

"Thanks." She looked at her fingers, a hint of sarcasm In her voice.

"Whats wrong?" I asked, my eyebrows knitted together.

"Nothing. I just didn't like the way Daniel handled things." she avoided my eyes.

"Hey. That's alright." I searched her eyes. "I was there to protect you." I said in all seriousness, setting my hand on her shoulder.

She then stoop up the tip of her feet and wrapped her arms around my neck, planting a small kiss on my cheek.

And man did I get flustered quick.

"Alex! Put me down you pig!"
Anastasia's small hands punching my back as a slung her over my shoulder.

I shook my head and bit my lip to keep from laughing.

"No." I carried her downstairs and threw her on the couch, tickling her stomach.

"Stop!!" she giggled maniacally. She kicked her feet up in the air and clutched her stomach.

"I'm not stopping till you say that youre dumb and I'm the smartest!" I say, laughing.

"You-r the great-test and I'm dumb!!" she screeches, throwing up her hands in defense.

"There." I took my hands off.

"Meanie." she sticks her tongue out at me and pouts.

"But you love me." I smirk, poking her cheek.

"Yup." she rolled her eyes.

"Of course you do. I'm fucking amazing."
