CHAPTER 4: Lord Krishna's Damodar leela

From the Hindu scriptures we get to know a lot about different kinds of facts and stories about different Gods and goddesses, demons , sages , divine powers and much more. From the scriptures we also get to know about different kinds of Incarnations of our Gods and Goddesses from them Lord Vishnu is well known for his Dashavatara or the main ten forms of lord Vishnu

These forms are

Matsya
Kurma
Varaha
Narasimha
Vamana
Parshurama
Ramachandra
Krishna
Buddha
And kalki

The 8th form of Lord Vishnu was Lord Krishna , Lord Krishna was also known as Lord Vishnu's Purnavatar because unlike other incarnations , Lord Krishna was Lord Vishnu himself!

Lord Krishna appeared in the Dwapar Yug as the son of Devaki and Vasudev , he is also known as the one who delivered the divine Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta message to the whole world , he is also known as the ruler of Dwarka Kingdom , Lord Krishna is also worshipped as the powerful God who killed many demons

But , The most worshipped form of lord Krishna was his Cowherd form of Braj Vrindavan Dham, he did loads and loads of divine pastimes (leelas) in the Brajdham , let us go through one of the sweetest pastime of Lord Krishna in Braj

One day Mother Yashoda decided to take out some time from her busy schedule and churn out some butter for her dear son , Krishna. Mother Yashoda knew it very well that her little Child was very fond of sweet churned butter! She sat down and placed a big pot of Milk infront of her and started churning butter out of it , as she was churning butter she was dwelling hiether and thiether her hair was dwelling as well , her pearl necklace was making that mild sweet sound ,

Suddenly Mother Yashoda heard the mesmerizing sound of little Anklets ,she knew her Dear kanha is here , but instead of Getting up and running towards her son, Mother Yashoda calmed Herself down and continued churning the butter .

Few moments later she felt somebody pulling her veil from behind ,

Mother Yashoda turned back and saw her Little Krishna looking at her like a sweet innocent child

Seeing her Son's face mother Yashoda forgot everything and started adoring him , The Little baby however spoke out that he wants Milk

Mother Yashoda for a while Thought that Kanha wants the milk from the pot , but how could she give it to her son? It was half butter and she can't stop it right there!

Few moments later She realised that her son actually wants to drink the sweet milk of her breasts

She scooped up little kanha in her arms and started feeding him her milk

As Baby krishna was drinking the sweet Milk of his mother's breasts , The milk boiling in the kitchen got very worried

She thought

"Lord Krishna is with Mother Yashoda , he is drinking her milk and thus he won't need me anymore, now what's the point of living? If I don't have any use for the lord?"

Thinking this the milk started sobbing as the fire flames under her started to blow and blow

Sometimes later Mother Yashoda realised that the milk she kept in the kitchen for Boiling was getting overboiled , in a hurry she put baby Krishna aside and ran towards the kitchen .

Baby Krishna' crawled up with a lot of rage in his face

"How can my mother do that to me?" He thought

"How can she put me aside like that ? I was still drinking the milk , I was hungry"

Saying these, Krishna noticed the Big pot of Butter kept infront of him , without even thinking for a while little krishna picked up a pebble and threw it .
