Writer's Exclusive Bonus Plan 2023

1. Signing Bonus

Bonus: 50USD
Requirements:
1） The work needs to be signed under an exclusive contract with OWEGO CO LIMITED from Feb.1st, 2023;
2） The work needs to have more than 30k words and be locked;
3） The author should continue to update the work until its completion, and respond to editors' emails on time while the work is still ongoing.
4） The signing bonus for eligible works will be added to the author's account in the following month after the requirements are confirmed to be fulfilled.

2. Referral Bonus

Bonus: 500USD（It is available to the referrers who recommend the required work.）
Requirements:
1）The referred work needs to meet the requirements of being locked after signing the exclusive contract with OWEGO CO LIMITED;
2）The referred work needs to have more than 50k words;
3）The referred work needs to meet the V1 criteria;
4）The 500 USD will be given within 30 business days from the date when the requirements are confirmed to be fulfilled;
5）It will be regarded as giving up the bonus if the referer does not respond to the editors' emails or messages for more than 30 days;
（V1 criteria:
After the work reaches 50k words, the work needs to have 500 readers that clicked into this work within any selected 14 consecutive days.
In that 14 consecutive days, if the Retention Rate of readers reaches 16% until Chapter 30, the book meets the V1 criteria.
V1 Retention Rate: The ratio of 【The number of readers who continue to unlock until the Chapter 30】 to【The number of readers who start to read the Chapter 1】）
