The Beach House

The waves crashed on to my feet it tickled and the water was cold. Sally laugh as Max

picked her up and ran around the beach. His feet digging into the sand as the waves

rushed up and sunk around his feet. Avery ran away from Thomas as he tried to pick

her up her golden swimsuit blinded me. I ran towards Alex and kissed his cheek

nothing could get me down right now. The sun started to set and it painted my mansion

in pink and yellow. "Mara come in!" "Coming mom." My mom called me in for tea time.

"See ya guise later." They frowns then left running down the beach. I walked to my

mom. "We never have tea time why are we having it." She rolled her eyes like why

should you care. "I want to have a movie night instead but I don't want your friends

joining in." "Got it." We walked to the living room and sat down on the coach. I grabbed

a pink and grey spotted blanket. I looked at the brown smudge on the corner. She

grabbed it and put it on us. I stared at my reflection in the dark screen. She turned it on

and scrolled threw we picked Grown Ups and watched it half way threw I fell asleep.

When I woke up my mom was gone I went in to the kitchen dads wallet was on the

counter he must have gotten home last night he is a pilot. I walked upstairs my mom

and dad were in bed. My room is right next to my parents Mara's room was on the front

in big pink letters. I walked in and closed the door behind me. My Hush Hush book was

on my loft I crawled up and settled down and read. The back of the book was soft and

the words poppet out of the spin. Later I got hungry I marked my spot in my book with

my pen and ran downstairs. My mom had made pancakes I microwaved one and put it

on a Micky mouse plate. I put cream on it and took a bite it was like a cloud in my

mouth. My fork dropped to the ground when I picked it up I noticed a note on the edge

of the table. It said your life will Chang soon.-?. I dint think of it as much it was

probably a prank or what. Then the door bell rang I got up and walked to the door. I

opens the door and Avery was standing there in a light pink bikini with fleece. "Oh

hello." "So can you come to black lagoon water park today Alex and Thomas are

going?" I forgot to ask my mom I really wanted to go I should go call her now. "Avery let

me call me mom." She stared at me like really you dint already. "Fine but hurry up." I

ran to the phone and dialed 853-269-143 as fast as I could. It rang and she picked up on

the third ring. "Hey mom it's Mara can I go to black lagoon today?" There was a

moment of silence. "Sure who is going with?" I thought for a second. " Avery and Alex

and I think Thomas." "That sounds fine you can go." She hung up and i rushed up stairs

and flung my closet open I walked in to the swimsuit part and pushed a button that

makes my swimsuit hangers spin. I chose a red one with kiss me in pink on the butt. It

showed my rose tattoo on my stomach. And my belly button pierce. I took a golden pair

of sun glasses from my accessory drawer and put them on my bun to show my eyes they

looked good with my dirty blond hair. I walked down stairs got a towel from the laundry

room and walked to Avery her dark hair was up but she had put it down when I was

gone. "That swimsuit makes your green eyes pop." I said it cause it's true. "yours to."

"My eyes aren't green there brown." I said it with a hint of laughter." "Sorry they still

make your eyes pop. We got in the car and I sat next to Alex he was wearing green and

blue swimsuit trousers. Thomas wore a speedo but not one of the small ones the long

short ones. They started backing out of the driveway. "Wait!" I yelled they stomped on

the brakes and turned to look at me. "What?" Avery said in a bigger voice than a minute

ago. "I forgot my phone and sandals." She opens the door for me this car was a blue

truck. I walked back up and punched in the combination to the door. I walked inside

and got my sandals on. I couldn't find my phone in the living room so I checked the

kitchen and it,was there...in the blender. I know I had not left it there so I grabbed tongs

and tried to grab my phone out. I did. Then it turned on the tongs were still in it so they

flung out and hit me on the nose. I screamed and ran up to my dad I forgot he was

home I pounded on the door but he dint answer. Wait he was at the airport going to

Moscow. I ran down stairs threw the living room all the way down stairs the went out

the back door locked it with the passcode then ran up front. I thought about the key on

the way there. "So why did you come out the back door?" Alex asked in a wondered way.

I told the m everything about the note and the the blender I'm not one too keep secrets

like they do in books. We started down the highway a little faster then normal but just

less then the speed limit.
