Set on the bionic island.
Chase pov
I was sat on the sofa in the mentors quarters grading my students homework. I had gotten through about half of them when Bree came rushing in.
"Chase help!" She said.
"Whats's wrong?" I asked standing up.
"It's Olivia. She's got a sugar rush!" She said.
Shit.
When Olivia has a sugar rush, she tends to get a little bit too hyper. Just to add to the problem, she has super speed, so it's impossible to catch her.
"Okay, where is she?" I asked.
"She was chasing me, I think she's coming here." Bree said.
"Okay, stand back." I told her and turned around.
"Why?" She asked as she took a step back.
"You'll see." I said, and got ready for the impact.
I could hear her giggling getting closer and closer. All within a second, she rushed into the room, and I managed to catch her.
"HI CHASE!" she shouted, luckily, I turned off my super senses beforehand.
"Hi Liv. I heard you had a sugar rush." I said with a slight smile on my face.
"YEP" She shouted and broke into a fit of giggles.
"Well, here's the thing, I'm grading some papers, but I'm really tired, and could use some cuddles" I smirked, knowing that I was about to trick her into calming down.
"I WANT CUDDLES TOO!" She yelled.
"Okay then, shall we calm you down then and we can cuddle while I finish grading the papers?" I asked.
"Okay" she said, and I could see she was slowly becoming more and more tired.
"Right, let's go get you some fruit, and then you can sleep."
"Okay!" She said, she LOVES strawberries, so I picked her up and took her to the kitchen. I put her on the counter, got some strawberries and started cutting them up. Then I washed them, picked up a fork, and slowly started to feed them to her.
Once she was done, I washed the plate, fork and my hands, picked her up again, and by this time, she was half-asleep. Bree had left after I gave her a thumbs up, telling her it was all fine.
"Shall we rest now?" I asked softly as I sat down with her on my lap.
"Mhm" She nodded against my shoulder.
"Okay, sleep well baby" I said and after that, she was out-cold.
I carried on grading the papers and finished after 10 minutes, then I layed us both down and went to sleep myself.
