I want to start out by saying, you are an amazing and beautiful person. Don't you ever cut your wrists open or dare kill yourself. I have no room to talk myself, but I don't want anyone to end their life.
Let's say, somebody walks up and says you're fat or too skinny. What would you do? Walk away? That's what I did. You see, you can't do that forever, you just can't. You have to tell your parents, an older sibling, anybody who can help. I didn't tell anybody which was my mistake. Do not do that.
If you self-harm or if you're thinking about suicide, I want you to know you're a fighter. I need you to live. Just for me, okay? Don't fake a smile, you don't have to smile if you don't want to. Suidice is not the answer. It'll never be. I want you to know, I thought about suicide. Don't ever try to commit.
Our volunteers will be more than willing to help you. We have our books and account in French, Spanish and Japanese. I am looking into translating it into more languages by the end of this year.
Anyway, this is not the first chapter. This is a note. Our volunteers will probably share their story (Only if they want to) in this book. Bye for now!
