Bilbo Baggins lived a peaceful life in the Shire in Bag End. This would soon change however, as an old man knocked on his door. He was wearing a cloak and holding a long stick and he had a mysterious aura surrounding him.
"Who are you and what do you want?" Said Bilbo.
"I am 'Gandalf the Grey' and I have come here to tell you that you will receive precisely 13 visitors at dusk. Be weary, they like their feasts."
And that was how this all started.
A peaceful green land to a bloody wasteland.
Bilbo had come a great way from the Shire and had met many beasts including giant arachnids and even a dragon with a lust for gold and priceless treasures.
And now he was lying down, smeared with black, bloody dirt, staring into the clear blue sky above. Suddenly he heard foot steps, he sat up straight with his hand moving towards his sword 'sting'. A familiar voice sounded through the ruins of war:
"My dear Bilbo, Thorin would like to see you"
"Gandalf?" Bilbo said with a questing tone.
"indeed, now hurry."
So Bilbo did.
Tents were scattered across the foot of the lonely mountain, he assumed Thorin was in one of them, or atleast, by one of them. Then he saw the mighty Thorin with his black bears glistening with blood.
"Bilbo, follow me" he said with a hoarse voice.
They started towards the gate of the dwarves realm, embedded in the lonely mountain itself.
When Bilbo got just past the gate, Thorin made sure no one was around and then leaned in, his eyes fixed on Bilbo's with , not a menacing look, but a soft one, almost like he was leaning in for a small kiss. And sure enough Thorin pecked Bilbis cheek and smiled.
"There's been something I've been hiding from you, Bilbo" said Thorin with his deep voice.
"I think I just found out what it was, Thorin" replied Bilbo
Thorin smiled but Bilbo reached out his hand and softly pressed sit against thorins face.
"I do too" said Bilbo staring into Thorins glassy blue eyes. He leaned in closer and so did Thorin, but they were interrupted by a loud screech from outside, one of the orcs had escaped death and hidden behind one of the pillars of the gate. Thorin drew his sword and charged at the filthy orc. Bilbo ran after him and after he slayed the orc grabbed him around the neck and kissed him. He didn't care who saw or who spoke, he felt as though a gaping hole in his heart had finally been filled in and that he was happy about it. Balin and the other dwarfs surrounded Bilbo and Thorin and started clapping. Bilbo's adventure, he thought, had a very nice ending. The End.
