Quirk Name: Mutatio
Description: Mutatio is Latin for change, this quirk lets the user change any body part at will, it requires a force of mind and an advanced understanding of the human body, The more you know about the body part the easier and proper the transformation is, for example to change your hair color to red you would have to know how people usually have red hair and what you would have to change to get red hair and if you wanted to change into someone else you would have to study their DNA and measurements for a proper transformation, you could not give yourself a mutation quirk as you don't have anything to change and it would just be creating another body part, when you have changed a body part and have completed the transformation you are no longer using your quirk unless it's a full body change and against your original DNA, but if you are properly transformed and Erasure was used on you, you would be stuck with the changes you made until is stops, same goes for AFO, if your quirk was taken away then you would be permanently like that unless you got it back, you can use it to make you stronger with more muscle but that is extremely difficult and require a lot of training, the transformation is very painful, the more complex the more painful so you have to have a high pain tolerance, overall it is a powerful quirk but requires lots of training and knowledge.
Drawbacks: If you use Mutatio opposite to your original DNA or you overuse it then the body parts that it was used on will be achy, sore, and overall weak so it is best to be strong to keep a strong build for when you overuse it, to overuse this quirk would be to make major changes for too long, to keep up major changes in the first place you would have to be concentrated on keeping them the amount of concentration lowers with training.
Costume: Whether it's a hero, villain, or vigilante costume it would need to be flexible and stretchy and somehow changeable in case you have to disguise yourself from enemies or need to infiltrate a guarded area, a neutral color to be able to change colors in an instant.
Overview: You can change your body parts but it can hurt to do so, the more knowledgeable you are about the human body the better you can use this quirk.
