The Crossover (The Beginning)

The Beginning

          I walk to my living room and sit on my depressing sofa "Man, these days I can't ever find a good place to stay". I sit in silence then, "RING RING". I look at the phone in disbelief. " Huh, that's weird", "Today is Saturday, I don't usually get calls around 5:30". I pick up the phone and answer, "Hello". But no one answered the phone "Hello" I said but still nothing...

          I put the phone down and I just start watching TV, as usual. Nothing happens around this apartment anymore...It seems so quiet, too quiet. It's 9:30 and I'm tired so I get up and go to bed. On the way there, I hear some people talking, and I overhear their conversation, I look out my window and I see my landlord talking to my brother. "This man has not paid his rent in a week, and I am going to have to kick your brother out of the apartment. " But James, please give my younger brother one more day"! No, he has long enough to pay his rent, and he will move tomorrow morning"!

          I step back and I'm stressed, "Leave tomorrow MORNING"! I look out my window again and they are gone..."My boss has not paid me in a week"! I just walk to my room and fall on my bed and lie in silence...then I eventually fell asleep. 

          The next morning, I wake up, go eat breakfast and get my clothes on. I hear a knock on my door and I go to my door and there he was, James my landlord looking all big and menacing towards me. "Hey James, what are you doing here"? " well Gabriel, I just wanted to tell you that you need to pack your stuff and get out of here". "Uh, uh, why... James"? "WHY"?" AHHAHAHA," I tell you why, It's because you have not paid rent In a week"!  "But James, My boss has not paid me yet".

          "Well too bad so sad", "NOW GET OUT"! He huffs like a bull at me and walks away and I just close the door as sad as a man could be and pack my stuff and I get my car and leave.

          As I drive through my old neighborhood I could imagine those childhood memories as I could touch them. "RING RING" "oh there is my brother calling me", I pick it up "Hey Mike" "how are you" "I'm good, you"  I'm ok. "sorry you got kicked out of your apartment" "yeah" Then the call suddenly ended. "Uhm,  ok this is getting weird". I try to call again but that wouldn't work. I drive into my old mom and dad's driveway. I get out of the car, and there it was, my 57-Year-old house, which has been abandoned. I walk to the front door and open it.

          As the creaking door slowly opens because of how rusty the hinges were. I walk inside and go straight to my old room and I see nothing but dust and cobwebs. Then I see a thick Leathery book, poking out of my desk cubby. I go and take it out. "Man, I have not seen this book In forever"! I open it and see all the horrific creatures I made when I was a kid. I then remembered why I left this book here. I go back outside and I see our old fireplace I throw the book in there and pull out my lighter and light it on fire.

          I just watch as my book burns to its ashes. I go back into the house and look around a bit and say my last goodbyes. Then I head to my car on then, my vision seem to wobble and shake and I had no idea what was happening to me and then everything went black.

          I wake up and I see a bright sky that is hurting my eyes. I get up and I see that I'm on top of a hill. " I don't remember being on top of a hill". I stand up, "Where am I, Oh no no no". All o see down below is a whole forest. I walk down the hill and freak out at the same time. I walk through the forest then I see a whole town that seems to be busy as a bee. I hear a cracking sound behind me and I turn around OH BOY there was someone just running at me and he/she pushed me against a tree. "AHH DANG" and he/she looked at me like I was a retard. Then he/she said who are you and he/she pulled up its's hood and it was a girl, but looked like a galaxy girl. "Uhm HI, My name is Gabriel". She continued to look at me and said nothing...

          "So uh, can you not be so close...". She then let me go "Thanks," I said, but she said nothing. "Well, I guess I will keep going then, Seya". Then she spoke, "Are you the human"? Wow, she spoke now. "Yes, I am," I said, "Wait a minute, THE human"? I asked. " Yes, the human, all of us come from our worlds to this world and stay here, for some reason...". Then she turned around and yelled out Tookie Tookie, whatever that means. 

          Then I hear rumbling in the bushes And out came a robot guy that just walks out slowly and had a huge gun, It looked like a ray gun. Then I see a white, square-headed guy with a propeller hat that was just poking his head out." HA I got him" said the robot guy. Then the galaxy girl says" You mean WE caught him" "oh yeeha" said the robot guy. "Uhm what Is happening," I said. "We were told that you were coming but you are late though...". said the galaxy girl. Then I see that white blocky guy jump out and run at me with a stick like he is going to poke me with it. "Skipper no" then he stopped. "what," I say. "I thought we were going to knock him out," he said in his goofy voice. "OK human I'm Luna pierce, The robot guy is Henry Stoll, and The blocky guy is Skipper Hart". "Oh well thank you for telling me that"!  I'm standing up shaking thinking I was about to die. "You're welcome," She said. "oh I almost forgot one more"! she turns around and takes out what looks to be a cat but is a plushie though. "This is Bella our cat". " I can't even get a single word out now because of how confused I am and how fast all this just happened. "so what's your name"? " I...uh...am Gabriel...Kai. "well it's nice to meet you, Gabriel Kai". "oh...ok what is happening right now," I asked. "Well, basically what happened is that we came through the portal and you did too, so then we were told by a mysterious voice that a human was coming but were late though".

          "So this is where all beings come from their world to this world"? I asked. "Yep". "Hey, why don't we go get some ice cream and talk," said Skipper. "That's a good idea skipper"! said, Luna. " "Ok hold on now, we just met and now we're going to get ice cream together now, That doesn't make any sense"! I said. "Well either you stay here by yourself or you come with us cause you have nobody else watch your back". said Henry. " And hey since we just met, we can just be friends now". said Skipper. "Ok ok, I'll come, Dang". so then we just walked to town and got ice cream that day.
