My eyes slowly opened and my head was pounding.. I groaned and slowly sat up on my bed, I rested myself for a bit before I rubbed my eyes and felt sorta better so I got off my bed, stretched, and walked over to my closer, swinging it open and staring blankly at my hung up clothes, not really having a lot of energy at the moment, I just yanked a random shirt & pants off their hangers before sliding them on and tying on my converse afterwards, I yawned before grabbing my messenger bag & sliding it onto my shoulder before weakly walking to the kitchen to look for Gwen.
Gwen: " You look... horrible.. did something happen yesterday? "
Finney: "..I'll tell you during the walk. "
Gwen: " okay.. "
My sister looked very concerned and I always felt bad for making her feel bad but now.. I can't help it..
Gwen: " So..? What happened..? "
Finney: ".. uhm.. Robin., uh.. kissed me. "
She squealed and smiled
Gwen: " I knew he liked you!!! But wait- then why are you all sad-? "
Finney: "..I may of.. rejected him.. "
Gwen: " WHAT???!!!!! "
She yelled at me and I'm sure my ears started bleeding.
Finney: "...gosh "
Gwen: " Finney?! Why???!!! "
Finney: " I wasn't thinking properly!... I was thinking of dad and.. the bullies.. "
Gwen: " ugh. Finney.. fuck dad and the bullies!!! It's YOUR life!! Don't let people like your bullies and our shit dad tell you how to live your life. If you're happy with Robin then BE with Robin! "
Tears filled my eyes as I listened to Gwen.. oh god.. she was so right.. UGHH.. what was I thinking??!.. why.. why would I push Robin off..? I began to cry again as I realized what I did, Gwen sighed and hugged me tightly
Gwen: " You better apologize to him.. "
Finney: " ..I-..I'll try.. "
Gwen: " Not try. You need to.. "
She insisted, so when I calmed down, I agreed to Gwen that I'd apologize to Robin.. She reassured me many times before we reached the school, my eyes lingered on the two front doors before Gwen patted my shoulders
Gwen: " You'll do great.. "
I nodded before she walked off to her own friends, I sighed and just went to sit at a table by myself..
