The door opened a little later and Aleksi's dad came in with a huge grin on his lips.
He couldn't be there the last few days, but tried to be as quick as he could to finally visit us.
His eyes glazed over a bit as he approached us and looked at the little one.
An hour later, she had fallen asleep in his arms and he was visibly happy.
The next day he was back to pick us up.
Aleksi directly took my bag and we finally left the somewhat too sterile hospital after a last examination.I was overjoyed when we entered our apartment. Since it is almost always dark in December, I turned on the light just as half the BC family was standing in our apartment to surprise us.
I had to start crying again and squatted on the floor.
So the first to arrive was of course Rilla, who had also missed us very much over the last few days.
We thanked everyone very often and were showered with lots of love.
We had facetimed the last few days with the boys, but it was something completely different to see them here now.
But our little daughter got the most of all the love, and she was almost eaten up by the curious looks.
When it was then briefly quiet, I took the floor and said:" a long mystery we had kept from you was the name of the little one... and proudly we would like to tell you that we have decided on the name Ylva! We found the name just perfect and wanted to express our love with it... the meaning behind it is the she-wolf and more beautiful it could not fit, since you are our wolfpack...", now all were broken and came emotionally to us to pull us back into the arms.I was about to help take away some used plates when Olli pushed me back to my seat and told me to just take a rest.
Aleksi had helped and then came back to me. He took our daughter and then sat down next to me again.
I looked at the two of them and still couldn't really realize it.
Niko was taking pictures all the time and wanted to capture every moment.
Joel also sat with us in between and sometimes a smile crept on his lips when he looked at the little one.
At some point, the time came when Minna had grabbed our daughter so that we would just have some peace.
She sat down with the little one on the sofa and Niko sat down next to her.
Now I was the one who took the pictures and Aleksi spoke my thoughts: "The two would also make good parents..."
I grinned at him and whispered that I had thought the same thing.
In the evening only Olli, Joonas, Niko and Minna were still there.
The last mentioned just said goodbye and meant again extra, that we could announce us if what would be.
We sat down then to four on our sofa and while Olli played with Rilla, Joonas asked very carefully if he could hold our little girl.
I turned completely to him and explained how he would best hold her.
Then I handed him the little one and after a short time he felt more secure and looked at her as if spellbound.
I tapped Aleksi once and we all looked at Joonas, how lovingly he handled the little one.——
A new chapter ahhh
