Basically Sanemi and Giyuusy are already like- dating (i guess) and they both are assigned a mission together (sus).
They both start heading towards the village where they were supposed to go and maybe theres some small talk to keep you readers entertained.
When they arrive the village looks a lil too similar to Giyuusy's hometown ( and we get some angsty flashbacks to the townspeople calling him mentally unstable bc thats canon etc..) and they see houses that have been wrecked, bodies everywhere (ofc dead ones) etc..
Then theres some guilt where it's like "we were too late" or "if only we had been faster" or whatever- something to build up the angst to fluff scene(s?).
Salami and zaddy Giyuu come across a house where they heard sounds (sus). When they went inside of the house they saw baby stuff and found two adults gruesomely murdered by the demon(s), probably parent-like figures, and they hear crying coming from inside a closet (omg the baby is gay 😍 we stan) and they find a baby and freak out like "omg why is there a baby in here and what do we do with it?" etc..
Then they hear growling 'n stuff from outside a see the demon(S) although I think multiple demons would be cool or a demon who's demon blood art is to duplicate themself or something? I dunno.
The demon attacks them and they try to protect the baby, after they behead it then they go to the butterfly mansion to get the baby checked on or something. Eventually they adopt the child and we get some cute sanegiyuu family fluff.
Go and fucking sleep my sweet, stinky, bitchass child <3
