Haneul tilted her head toward Son Myeong-oh, a smile cast upon her face making him stiffen at the sudden attention he was brought up. It wasn't a secret that Jeon Jae-joon's wife was beautiful.

He was confused as to how and why Jeon Jae-joon got himself a pretty wife and a talented son. Damn, he just hit jackpot if he were Jae-joon he wouldn't have cheated on Haneul with a bitch like Park Yeon-jin.

"Thank you for these wonderful roses, Myeongoh-ssi. You can go now me and Jae-joon would go on our way to the restaurant."

Myeong-oh reluctantly nodded as he smiled waving goodbye to the couple but frowned when Jae-joon strikes a glare at him.

He shrugs off the death glare he got from his boss. He looks up with a forced smile when he heard the footsteps rushing downstairs, Seong-ho grimaces when he saw no one but his father's servant.

"Hey, lap-dog have you found my parents?" Seong-ho spat, you see he was not as innocent as his mother describes him to be. Myeong-oh rolled his eyes at the boy's question.

He wanted to tear this boy apart because of his cockiness but as always Myeong-oh was always at the short end of the stick, he'll lose money and have Jae-joon beat him up.

As he parted his lips to speak Seong-ho beat him to it with a dismissive tone.

"Whatever, get out of my sight. You eyesore." Seong-ho said putting on his airpods and bowing at his piano teacher who was guided to the front door after finishing his session with her.

The woman flirtatiously smiled at Seong-ho earning him a confused look from Myeong-oh. His eyes followed the woman to the door until all traces of Seong-ho's piano teacher was gone from his sight as he looked at Seong-ho.

Seong-ho frowned, displeased with Myeong-oh's facial expression.

"Hey, are you deaf? I told you to get out of my face!"

Myeong-oh left mumbling profanities meanwhile he was called into the kitchen to clean Louis' dung and came to get a few tissues on the counter.

As Jae-joon and Haneul arrived at an Italian restaurant nearby, Jae-joon push Haneul's seat before sitting on his own.

Though he was still bothered by what happened earlier, he wanted to make up to Haneul considering the number of times they were in one place, today was a rare day for them.

Especially for Haneul since she's always preoccupied with the workload at work.

As she wiped away the remnants of the rose pasta sauce, she smiled at Jae-joon who generously gave it back.

Haneul reached for his hand and held onto it as if he was about to die. Jae-joon felt his heart almost bursting in his ribcage, he felt loved and touch-starved.

"Honey, I'm sorry if you misunderstood my real intentions. I was just making your heart flutter." Jae-joon smiled, his hand intertwining with Haneul's.

"I'm sorry too if I became aggressive to you, mi amor," Jae-joon said softly, as he raised both of their hands, his smooth lips landing on the front of her palm.

Haneul giggled at the sweet gesture, hitting him playfully as they departed from the restaurant and went to the five-star hotel Jae-room reserved for the night. As Jae-joon pushed the button, surprisingly they stumbled upon Park Yeon-jin's husband.

Ha Do-yeong, the man was surprised to see one of his wife's friends in the same place. Park Haneul and Jeon Jae-joon were just as surprised to see Do-yeong in the same place, especially Haneul.

"What are you doing in here?" Jae-joon queried, arching an eyebrow.

Do-yeong scoffed at Jae-joon's inquiry before tilting his line of sight toward the quiet woman. Haneul averted her eyes somewhere else, uncomfortable for some reason.

She was intimidated by him, not because Ha Do-yeong was a dangerous person. Haneul was intimidated because her unstoppable feelings might burst again.

She was afraid that her plan will fall apart just for some mere guy. Especially, her enemy's property. Park Yeon-jin's property. Her glory.

"I had an unfinished business nearby, what about you two?" Do-yeong ask.

Jae-joon's eyebrows furrowed, feeling a sense of anger.

"We're celebrating our anniversary, do you have a problem with that?" Jae-joon questioned, raising his tone for a bit. Haneul clutched his wrist, asking him to stop whatever argument they had.

"Darling, stop it." she bowed her head seeking an apology for Jae-joon's anger issues, looking at the nonchalant man.

"My apologies, sorry for the inconvenience this won't happen again, Mr. Ha." Do-yeong nodded at her response.

"Don't worry, I'll pretend this never happened Ms. Park." Haneul nodded, a faint smile emerging from her lips. Do-yeong was confused and so is she.

All humans have dirty linen, Jae-joon with his illicit affair with Park Yeon-jin, and Seong-ho lusting over his piano teacher.

And lastly, Haneul gains strange feelings for the man she loathed.

Even if her feelings for Ha Do-yeong were love, it doesn't matter. Because he was her dirty linen. If Do-yeong was Yeon-jin's glory then for Park Haneul he was a secret she wishes to bury in the depths of her mind.

He was a secret that could cause her embarrassment in public. One that could bring misfortune to her plans, he was a bad omen to Haneul.

She watches Do-yeong get out of her line of sight, her nails digging into her skin with teeth clenched in anger.

'If I knew that you would destroy my plans, I never should've saved you that day...'
