Chapter 6

I still stood at the counter our coffee was already made, I slowly made my way down to where my friends were sitting and gave them their drinks.

Me:Did you see that girl?

Chloe:The one who was standing behind you?

Max:Damn she was hot! ;I ignored his comment

Chloe:What about her?

Me:She reminded me a lot about Em by the was she looked.

Max:Are you sure about that?

Chloe:But what would Emily be doing overe here in Cali?

Me:Yup im sure but she said her name is Zara so I guess not.

Chloe gave me a side hug I smiled weakly at her.

Chloe:If you want I can give you a piggy back ride

I giggled and nodded at her, we finished our drinks and threw it in the trashcan and left.Chloe is right why would she be here..

*Emily's P.O.V*

I finished the song and walked out of the recording studio with Scooter Braun listening to me singing.Im so nervous what if he doesn't like it? C'mon dont think that way you gave your 100%. As I walked out of the recording booth I saw Scooter smiling so im guessing he liked it.

S:"Emily....you did a pretty good job.Just a little it of grooming would work for your voice but it was perfect all over."

Me:"Thank you Mr.Braun"

S:"No need to call me Mr.Braun you can call me Scooter" we both laughed and I signed the contract.

S:"Meet me up tomorrow here at around 9am so we can write down some music for your new album"

Me:"Thank you so much Braun" I hugged him

S:"No problem and dont be late tomorrow."

Me:"Hahaha sure bye and thank you once again" and I left the building.

My dreams are finally coming true, i've been waitiing for this day for a very long time,I was walking on the side walk when I decided to call my best friend Cameron.I called him up

C:HE-

ME:I JUST SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THE SCOOTER BRAUN

C:OMG! THATS SO COOL GIRL, hang on Ill call the guys GUYS COME OVER HERE EM JUST SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THE SCOOTER BRAUN as he yelled on the phone like a girl, I heard heard footsteps of people coming down.
The guys:CONGRATULATIONSSSS EMYYYY we want a treat from you.
Me:Hahah thanks you guys and How about we meet tomorrow

Cam:Sure that would be great. When do you start?

Me:Erm...tomorrow

C:Okay cool I'll catch up with ya later bye emyboo

Me:Haha bye cam.

I ended the call.I was going through my phone and ahead I saw a coffee shop, I opened the door and I looked around to take in the surrounding and decided to buy a coffee now who would say no to coffee? As I was walking to the counter I saw a girl of my age, she was staring at me I just shrugged it off and stood behind her.She looked back at a group where a guy and a girl were talking more like arguing and she looked back at me and finally ordered, my turn

Starbucks Lady:"Hi whats your order for the day?"

Me:"I would like one Java Chip and glazed donught please" I could feel someones eyes on me and turned around to see it was the same girl who was standing ahead of me I smiled at her and turned back again.

Starbucks Lady:"Whats your name"

Me:"Zara" I smiled at her as she was taking my order down I could feel her stare at me again and this made me concious and scared a little bit what if she's a stalker you never know..can she stop staring at me , this time I cleared my throat to catch her attention and asked her

Me:"Im sorry, is everything okay?" I asked her sweetly

She:"Erm..you just remind me alot about somebody I used to know" Okay now thats creepy I nodded my head and left from there I thanked that lady and walked out with drink and food.

I dont have anything to do for the day so Im gonna go to the grocery store and then go home.I entered the grocery shop and picked up a packet of crisps, chocolates, candies, ice cream haha I know I eat a lot but I work out too so its okay, I also picked up some vegetables.After I paid for everything I went home and kept everything on the counter table,I decided to keep them in place later.

I went to my room took a bath and wore a tank top and basketball shorts no one is gonna come home anyway so why not.My parents lived in London they would rarely come and meet me but I dont mind I skype them when I have time and they are free.I went to my room and went on my twitter account I had more followers than before I guess the word does spread fast eh?

I decided to tweet "G'Night peeps!🌙"And fell asleep but the only thing that was going through my mind is tomorrow.My dream is finally coming true what more could I ask for, I turned the lights off and the darkness took over me.
