Hikaru's personality is a little childlike but when she needs to be serious, she quiets down. She acts more of a leader when in a team with the Sailor Senshi while in charge of protecting Sailor Moon.

She's also pretty athletic in activities such as volleyball. She's pretty caring towards people she cares about. She's like Usagi when it comes to clumsiness.
