He rushed to the window, letting out a relieved breath as he saw Cheong-san hanging onto the hose. He watched nervously, tapping his nails on the window sill as he watched him. Everyone gasped as Su-hyeok jumped from the window, catching onto the hose before climbing down, holding Cheong-san around the waist and kicked off the zombie that was holding Cheong-san's foot.

"Please be safe..." He glanced at Nam-ra and On-jo over his shoulder as the two managed to get down the the broadcasting room - the room they were in.

Hyun-woo grabbed Su-hyeok's wrist gently before On-jo could, not noticing his twin's movements, as Na-yeon complained to shut the window as Cheong-san was still climbing into the classroom.

"What's wrong with you?" Gyeong-su went to the girl in the pink jumper. "Cheong-san was still out there!"

Su-hyeok slipped his hand into his boyfriend's, not caring that Hyun-woo's hands were the same temperature as ice, watching Na-yeon and Gyeong-su argue. Hyun-woo was about to ask what a welfie was, before Gyeong-su pushed Na-yeon into the chair and Cheong-san grabbed the smaller boy's wrist.

"Hey, knock it off," Sun-hwa scolded once she had closed the windows. "What's going on over here, guys?"

"He just hit me."

"Only 'cause you called me a welfie!"

"Is it not true?"

Su-hyeok noticed the confused look on Hyun-woo's face and leaned over to whisper what welfie meant. His boyfriend's eyes widened.

"You can't say shit like that," Hyun-woo told the girl with the pink sweater.

"What's a welfie?" Sun-hwa asked and everyone fell silent. "Tell me. What is it? What's a welfie?

"A person on welfare," Su-hyeok spoke up.

"What?" The teacher looked at the two, her eyes flicking down momentarily at their entwined hands, before looking back up at the taller.

"It means a person on welfare. 'Welfie' for short."

The teacher sighed. "Na-yeon, that was wrong. Don't ever say that again. And Gyeong-su. When you hit people, you're the one who ends up losing. Do you understand?"

"No, I don't."

"Listen, we can't be fighting each other in a moment like this. We don't know what's going on out there with those-"

"Are they zombies?" Hyun-woo interrupted.

"What about the other teachers?" Ji-min asked. "Has anyone called the cops?"

"Don't worry, I'm sure someone already has. I just don't have my phone on me, right now."

"We called them, but they're not coming," Cheong-san said. "Neither the police or first responders."

"I'm sure they'll be here soon. We just have to wait a little longer."

"Miss Park," On-jo said. "Hyeon-ju's hands were cold too. So were I-sak's. What if all of this started with Hyeon-ju?"

Su-hyeok rubbed his thumb over the back of Hyun-woo's hand, trying to convince himself that his boyfriend would tell him if he got bitten. Hyun-woo hadn't gotten bitten, he was just cold. The shorter always complained that he was cold and took Su-hyeok's hoodies, even before all this.

"She went to the hospital," Hyo-ryung said.

"What if it spread there as well?" Joon-yeong asked.

"Maybe that's why no one's coming."

"But wait. They still work, right?" He got up, hoping to the computer. "Uh, internet. The internet. Let's see. Sorry, Miss Park."

Everyone crowded around Joon-yeong, except for Gyeong-su, Nam-ra, Cheong-san, Su-hyeok and Hyun-woo.
