Advancing towards solace

Prologue

We all have that one person in our lives who came so unexpectedly. That 'special someone' as they like to call it. The one who makes us feel the rush of feelings and the different kinds of emotions. The one that caused and granted us happiness, confusion, sadness, pain, and so much more indefinite things. But most of all, we have that one person who has taught us how to love and take risks. Love is not the same for everyone, therefore we have those people who are now stable and contented, we have those people who got their hearts broken, and we also have those hopeless romantics who longs for the kind of love they have always wished for. Despite the major differences we have, we all just want to feel back the love we give to other people. We risk ourselves in the hope of experiencing the beauty and the tragicness of love. So, when all hopes are gone and we're in pure melancholy, shouldn't we hold ourselves accountable for risking everything we had? But every willing action has a consequence, and when we get our most fragile pieces shattered, we have nothing left to do but advance towards something brighter and better. Advance towards something serene in order to change our misery into solace and consolation.
