Rocky went to his office and found Reena working in her cubicle. "Shona, do you have a moment for me?" asked Rocky. Reena looked at him and put her laptop on sleep mode and followed Rocky to his cabin. Reena scanned his face it was serious and she asked: "What's it, Rocky?". Rocky narrated all the incidents and Reena stood like a statue. Rocky hugged her tight and said, "No matter what I will never leave you." Reena hugged him back and said, "I trust you Rocky." Rocky broke the hug slightly and asked, "Can you convince your Dad to talk with my parents?". Reena nodded and said, "I hope and pray that Papa will be on our side." "Whatever happens I will be always by you." Said Rocky taking her lips with his.

That night, Rocky and Reena were in Reena's hostel room. Rocky sat a bit far from Reena as she was video-calling her dad. Rajendra Desai postponed all his meetings to attend his daughter's call. Rocky was gesturing for her to be calm as the call got connected. "Hi Reena Bache, I hope you are having a good time," said Rajendra Desai in a loving tone. "Yes Papa, I am good. Papa are you free in the coming days?" asked Reena. "What's it, baby? You are okay right." Said Rajendra Desai. "Yes, Papa I...I want you to meet someone." Said Reena in a nervous tone. "Bache, what are you saying?" asked Rajendra Desai asking again to confirm his thoughts. "Papa I like someone and I want you to meet him and his family." Said Reena in a single go. Rajendra Desai looked at her for a moment and said, "Even I was about to search for a suitable partner for you but you found someone for yourself." "Papa" whined Reena.

And after a week Rajendra Desai flew down to meet his future Jammai. In no time, Reena and Rajendra Desai were sitting in the Living room of Bariya Mansion. Rocky, Reya, Ram, Indrajit, and Priya were also present there. Priya sat alone in a single-seater looking disinterested. Rajendra Desai smiled broadly and introduced himself, "I am Rajendra Desai, CEO of Oasis Hotel in London. I lost my wife when Reena was just fourteen we shifted to London after that. I still have some properties in Bangalore. I love my daughter a lot I have given her everything she wished for, and now she wishes to get married to your son, so I am here to fulfill that wish too." 

Ram smiled and said, "I have heard a lot about Oasis Hotel and I stayed there once when I was on a business trip." "Even though we have a Restaurant and a Cloud Kitchen in Bangalore, it is one of the many businesses we run." Said Priya in a haughty tone. "Oh, I see." Said Rajendra Desai in a normal tone. "I am the CEO of the Bariya group of Companies, my father started it and developed it and I am running the business quite successfully." Said Ram Bariya. "I will come straight to the point, my daughter's wish is mine, So I am completely okay with this marriage." Said Rajendra Desai. "What? , I thought we are just to discuss whether this wedding will happen or not but this man is fixing the wedding." Said Priya arrogantly. 

Reena felt a bit furious as her father was addressed in such a way and she looked at Rocky who seemed to understand her state. "Ma, please talk softly nah." Said Rocky. "What beta, when did you talk like this to me?" asked Priya in an almost crying tone. "Priya, please just relax." Said Ram trying to calm his wife. "See sir, the actual way to fix a wedding is the groom's family should visit the bride's house on an auspicious day and discuss the wedding but here everything is happening in reverse. While discussing the wedding the bride should not be there at all but your daughter has accompanied you. Not following any Customs and Traditions." Sneered Priya. 

"Priya," said Indrajit in a warning tone. Priya ignored her and continued talking, "I had lots of girls in my mind for my Raja, girls fair as milk from wealthy families but my son wants your daughter." "Madam, we are almost equal in status and many businessmen in London wanted my daughter as their daughter-in-law. Even the Son of the Duke of York was interested in my daughter but my daughter wants your son." Said Rajendra Desai in a challenging tone. "So, your daughter is not listening to your words then in the future how will she listen to my son's words or anyone's words in this house?" questioned Priya. 

Reena glared at Rocky and Reya for the way their mother is treating her father. Rocky felt very uncomfortable with his mother's behavior. "Madam you are twisting my words and branding my daughter as disobedient and I won't have such words against my daughter." Said Rajendra Desai in a hard tone. "Please don't argue, we are here to discuss about our children's future." Ram interrupted them. "Mr. Ram Bariya, your wife rose her voice and I am giving merely replying." Said Rajendra Desai in a cool voice.

"Oh, you are accusing me, you are standing in my house and accusing me!" screamed Priya. Rajendra Desai stood up and turned towards Reena, "Reena let's go I can't let you into this house with this haughty lady who is being sarcastic, arrogant, and malicious." He said. "Papa..." started Reena but Rajendra Desai dragged her out of the house she followed him with tears streaming down her face she turned to see Rocky whose eyes were also filled he followed them muttering apologies but Rajendra Desai turned a deaf ear towards Rocky and Reena's pleas.
