To the future

There was a loud thump on the ground and some muffled screams as Qi Rong was thrown onto the ground of the heavenly palace, where almost every God was located at. Cloth tied around his neck and hands as everyone watched in anticipation.

''Thank you for bringing him here.'' Jun Wu says, while the two that dragged him there bowed. He walked over to Qi Rong pulling the cloth down from his mouth so it was like a necklace. ''Now, Qi Rong. Open wide.'' He said as he poured liquid down his throat. The liquid being equipped with a time travel sort of power meant it would be too dangerous to use on any one of the heavenly officials so who better to test it on than Qi Rong? Though he tried to resist it, his mouth was being held open and he couldn't move, soon being unable to even feel his body. Then finally, passing out and falling into a puff of smoke.

Everyone in the room leaned forward in an attempt to see what had happened to him, surprised to not see the greasy looking ghost but instead a young teenager, in expensive looking sleep robes, his hair in a high pony tail and with a scared expression on his face, seemingly looking around before swiftly standing up and running to Xie Lian, locating right in the corner. Few people were actually able to see what was happening but the few that could see said how he was clutching onto the others robes, quietly asking what was going on before being tossed to the floor by Hua Cheng, Xie Lian showing no intent of stopping him or helping him up.

''Cousin crown prince! What's going on?'' He asked wobbly trying to stand back up. A few people in the room whispered about them being cousins, to which most didn't know.

Xie Lian mentally groaned. It was a pain in the arse to deal with Qi Rong now but Qi Rong then would do anything for him which was almost as annoying, he could remember when he was constantly followed and how he would throw a fit if he wasn't allowed somewhere.

''This is the future little Qi Rong.'' Jun Wu said, surprising both of the cousins who didn't see him coming. Jun Wu Continued by putting his hand on his shoulder. ''Now, how about you stop bothering him and bother someone else instead.'' He muttered as he lead them both over another area. 

''Bother him? I'm not!'' Qi Rong yelled before glancing back and seeing the relief on Xie Lian's face once he had gone. ''Huh- but why! I haven't done anything!'' He exclaimed before stomping his feet on the ground and sitting down, refusing to walk. 

Everyone mentally felt bad for younger Xie Lian for having to deal with it when another person walked over to the pouting boy and sat next to him. The mysterious person being Mu Qing.

''Huh- A-Qing is that you?'' Qi Rong asks, before tears filled his eyes and he buried himself in the others chest.

''Hm, yes I am Mu Qing, from the future, but I am. Now what are you doing causing such a scene?'' He asks with a gentle tone, putting a hand on the others head and patting it a few times. 

''I- I don't understand! What does he mean I'm bothering cousin crowned prince! I-'' He wailed, digging himself deeper into the robes and tears fell.

''Hm, its just in the future you bothered him a little bit with something you did recently but as future you is gone for the second he's got no-one to be mad with.'' Mu Qing replies, slowly begining to rock the other back and forth to stop the crying.

''What did I do!'' He exclaims looking up from the robes with teary eyes and a scared expression. 

''Nothing too bad, don't worry about it, do you want to go for a walk to try to clear your head?'' Mu Qing asks, after receiving a nod of agreement he stands up, bringing Qi Rong with him, and leads him outside.
