Pity on the poor humans who believe they're gods. They think that can control and take everything without asking no one. Greed has blinded them, all the mistakes you make are meant to be repaid here on Earth, with these words I should tell you that the end of humanity is coming.

All started with a good idea, and from there our sins took form. We mastered the use of technology to help us live well and make the world a more safe and more secure place... But the rich people didn't like that. Projects started running around to construct houses on the moon, so the rich could leave apart. They kept on thinking that they were superior, they always wanted to be above, as if they were gods. These were the first to pay for their sins... they continue building on the surface of the moon till it was too late, all the buildings had a big toll on in, and in a matter of months, the consequences showed. The moon itself started to break apart, piece by piece as it was made from glass. The wealthy took their stuff and ran back to earth forgetting all the stuff they had put on it. Pity to these poor humans, who have condemned themselves they have let the moon to its destiny, one that should have never happened. It was not that far ahead that the moon was on its limit and exploded letting a sound that marked the beginning of the humans' demise...

The oceans, rivers, and seas started to disappear, the disappearance of the moon caused the waters to remain calm, hurricanes, storms all the climate started to change... and all of this lit the fire of World War III. In despair, they started to dig the earth to find other water resources but like always humans did stop to think about the possible causes of what they were doing. They found subterranean rivers and lakes and started to extract the water out of them, soon enough the consequences of those acts started to show... Day by day people started noticing that the days sometimes were longer or the night itself it was much colder and sometimes hotter. It was around 6 months later that it was obvious what happened, the Earth itself stop rotating making the world half day and half night forever. This event was the final touch to the beginning of the war. The world started to fight, to move out of certain dangerous places, they needed to find a better and safer place. Moths passed, and the white flag was lifted from the little remaining cities and countries that were left around the world. The cities got to an agreement to create a new place where they could live in peace and survive this apocalypse, but even in these conditions, the prejudices would remain.

Those with power were still more valuable than others. All those who were important, that were good, in other words not sick wire transfer to a new place where they could live. This place was named Artic Desert, a name coming from its location of it between the desert and tundra, and the people who were not that lucky to get here had to help each other to make their own home outside that place, a city that later owned would be known as Last Hope. The city in which the rumors of our end were near and that we should repent from our sins before it's too late.

I stood up and look at the people that were listening to me and said- This is not a story, this has been our lives for the last decades, you must pass this to the next generations and do not forget it, just as my grandfather did with me. The end is near! - The people started to leave slowly after hearing my last words. Today is the day in which residents from Last Hope are exanimated to see if they can get into the big city. I wish I'm able to pass and with that help those outside from the inside. After a couple of hours of taking lots of tests, I was one of the chosen to get inside. A group of around 20 people was able to pass, a low number compared to the thousands of people that participated... but that doesn't matter... from today on November 15, 2028, my life will change.

It is August 5 of 2030, and almost two years have passed since I was admitted into the city, I have become an officer and got a position in the government. These two years have been rough on me... having to stop those whom I once stood beside from entering the city, and having to throw them back is not an easy job to do... but that is my work... I must protect and maintain the peace inside the city walls of this utopia. Three days later the first omen of the end appeared. A comet crashed a couple of miles away from the city, and the scientist was going crazy, they wanted to research and see what could they find. After a couple of days of investigating the scientist discovered a substance of a yellow tone, that holds the energy output of a supernova. The substance was given the name Tears of God or TG for short.
