Blue- the Story of a Shifter

Author's Note

Hello everyone! Before we get on with the story, I wanted to clear up a few things to make reading this easier and more enjoyable for you all.

First, I did publish the beginning of this story on Wattpad two years ago under a different account, so, on the offchance that this sounds a little familiar to you, I'm not a plagiarizer, I promise. ;)

Second, in this story, werewolves and wolf-shifters are different things. This'll be explained more fully later, but, for now, wolf-shifters=good and werewolves=bad.

Third, I'm assuming that you all have read werewolf stories before, and I'm also assuming that you know the rules, therefore I will not be boring all my experienced readers with detailed descriptions of what exactly an Alpha is in the text. However, if you are a newbie, here are some definitions (and remember, if you have any other questions, just ask!):

Alpha- basically, he's the boss of everybody. When he orders somebody around, they don't have any choice but to obey.

Luna- the Alpha's mate. Since the werewolf genre is sexist (:P), she doesn't have the authority that the Alpha does, but she is very well respected and loved by the whole pack.

Mates- two people chosen by the Goddess to perfectly balance each other. They aren't obligated to stay with each other, but it's impossible to be more happy with anyone than you would be with your mate.

Pack- just a group of shifters that live together under the Alpha. There is usually a pack house involved, a central building where select members of the pack live.
