Y2 Vol5: The One Who Mimics The Power of God

(3rd Person's POV)

Within the peaceful estate of Yoshida Shoyo sat three people.

The first was Urahara Kisuke, the man who's considered to be the head of the research division within the facility.

The second who sat beside Urahara was Stein, the former instructor of the Proxima generation and a part of the research division.

And finally the owner himself...Yoshida Shoyo.

The three of them were seated around a table inside the estate with a cup of green tea before them, the sun was still rising and the silence filled the estate.

Neither the boy who lives here is awake nor the guest and new member of the facility.

"Early mornings are always so relaxing..." Urahara spoke up first as he closed his eyes calmly.

"I agree...helps you focus" Shoyo said as he nodded with a smile.

Stein on the other hand simply sighed which caught Urahara's attention.

"Oya oya, are you still angry i ruined your small experiment with Yagami-kun?" he asked to which Stein frowned.

"Yeah...you happy, mister prodigy?" he said to which Urahara sighed while shrugging.

"I am no prodigy, i just take things quite casually. You and Danny never did so which made you both grow up acting like little kids" he said to which Stein broke the cup in his hand as he glared at Urahara.

"Don't bring up that bastard again...i do not wish to be compared with a fool who acts like a goody two shoes to get what he wants, i am not a coward like him"

Urahara sighed before glancing a look at Shoyo.

"I take it the news reached you about Yagami-kun...yeah Stein tried the experiment and he failed" Urahara said to Shoyo who simply sighed.

"I believe we've all agreed on forbidding it from the facility...for what reason...did you think it'd be good to restart that damned experiment again?..." Shoyo asked as he looked at Stein who simply tilted his head.

"Was it not your creator who made it, Weismann. He did it for the sake of creating a perfect being did he not?..."

Shoyo stayed silent as he put his hand over his face.

"He did not do it for the sake of something so...crude and worthless as creating a perfect human, the three of us...came out scarred and that is all there's to it, anyone who tries to conduct such an experiment will only create a monster..."

Urahara looked at him with the corner of his eyes before looking down.

"Do you mean like Johan-kun?...a nihilist who wishes for nothing but to burn the world for the sake of it?"

Shoyo's eyes widened before he nodded.

"Yes...someone like him...a monster"

Urahara smiled slightly before sighing.

"Well in any case, Franku don't go making such booboo moves again okay!?, on more important matters...Number Six is returning today!"

Stein sighed as he nodded.

"Yeah, he's back from germany...he's probably done with the mission as well considering how efficient he can be" Stein said as he gulped down the tea in one drink.

Urahara nodded as he stood up.

"Yep, who's gonna go pick him up, i was thinking of sending Ayanokoji-kun and Accelerator with Rin-chan?" he said to which Shoyo rubbed his chin before smiling.
