Taehyung was sitting on a couch while caressing his abdomen with a gentle smile.
He was a little depressed lately because his husband was avoiding him for a month. He comes home drunk at midnight and vents his anger at Taehyung.
Two weeks ago, he shout at Taehyung because he forgot to make food and didn't come home for a whole week.
Tears started rolling down his face after thinking about their past where his husband used to cherish him like a doll but now after a year of marriage, he started behaving like a monster.
"Don't worry baby, daddy will become his old self after you will come into our lives, right?" Taehyung said while caressing his belly. He was two weeks pregnant with Jungkook's child, and he wanted to tell him so badly about this news but the latter avoided him. He didn't let Taehyung speak and went to work.
Suddenly Taehyung heard the voice of a phone ringing coming from their bedroom. He walks to his room taking slow steps.
His husband's phone was ringing, "Looks like he forgot to take his phone with him" Taehyung said while chuckling.
Before he could pick up the call, the other party hung up. Taehyung was about to go away but stopped when his eyes land on a message making him frown.
I can't wait to get eaten by your darling. Come to the hotel, room no 503.
Taehyung's grip on the phone tightened while his heart started to beat fast. 'This can't be, he can't cheat on me, or is he cheating on me behind my back' Taehyung thought while tears started escaping his eyes.
He whipped his tears and decided to follow his husband. He took his car keys and went to the given address.
"There must be a misunderstanding, I shouldn't make decisions fast, or it will end up ruining three lives," Taehyung mumbled while opening the door of the car.
He entered the hotel and stopped in front of the room where his husband was going to meet someone.
He opened the door but got shocked when he see his husband kissing another girl while taking off her dress. Tears started rolling down his face.
He took slow steps and slapped his husband's face making his head turn the other way. "How could you do this to me Jungkook" Taehyung shouted at the top of his lungs.
Jungkook was startled after seeing his husband standing in front of him with tears in his eyes. His heart pained after seeing Taehyung's condition. He wanted to tell his baby, he didn't cheat on him, it was all an act but Taehyung was not ready to listen to anything Jungkook said. Jungkook knew he did wrong not telling the truth about his actions to his baby but which wife will believe this husband who kissed a girl in front of him?
Taehyung was about to run away but his husband can't let him go. He suffered all his life being an emotionless puppet for his family. He escaped that hell at the age of 18 which was eating him alive.
After meeting Jungkook he thought light get back into his life. He can finally live happily with his husband and future children but he was wrong. His husband cheated on him. He shouldn't have believed him in the first place. He can't blame Jungkook, he was blaming himself for trusting someone. He was a fool, his own family beat him day and night so how could he trust an outsider?
He shouldn't have trusted his fate, If only he could turn back time and repent his mistakes.
Taehyung saw the girl who was lying on the bed drunk while staring at him with a smirk. Taehyung was about to run away when Jungkook tried to stop him hugging his waist tightly. "Please don't go," Jungkook said in a low voice making Taehyung close his eyes for a second. "Please leave me, kook," Taehyung said trying to get away from his hold.
"Everything is over," Taehyung said while looking down and biting his lips to control his tears. He wanted to be strong for his unborn baby.
Taehyung get away from his hold and ran away from the hotel while Jungkook ran behind him to stop him from leaving him.
"Please listen to me, Tae"Jungkook yelled to stop his wife.
Taehyung closes his eyes while running.
He heard a shout and open his eyes founding himself standing in front of moving a truck.
He closed his eyes thinking it was the end of him. He was waiting for the truck to hit him when Jungkook ran and hugged him tightly. "Don't worry, I am always by your side, even when you are dying, I am sorry, I failed to protect you" Jungkook whispered in Taehyung's ear tightening his hold. Soon, the truck hit the couple making blood ooze from their bodies.
Jungkook slightly touches Taehyung's cheek. "I love you, petal," Jungkook said smiling softly.
Taehyung crawled and hug Jungkook tightly. "I love you too, kookie," Taehyung said with teary eyes.
They were regretting to not trusting each other. If only they have trusted each other they must have been living together happily.
Taehyung closed his eyes and pecked Jungkook. They smiled at each other and their heartbeat stopped. They died, but they weren't sad, at least they could spend their last moment in each other's embrace.
