I was staring at the note on my phone, wondering which other songs we should add to our setlist. It was a two day show.
I don't wanna live forever was our original collaboration and I would be singing as Sia in Zayn's Dusk Till Dawn.
My management had suggested Love Story for the setlist as it being a classic fan fave. Zayn and I just had to discuss which songs from his discography he'd like to add in.
"Rehearsals, Monday. Okay?" I texted Zayn to make sure.
"Yes. See you there, Taylor" his reply was almost instant.
We hadn't been texting that much, it was just about setlists, songs and rehearsals but I was looking forward to meeting Zayn in person once again.
I remembered when we hung out during our video shootings for I don't wanna live forever and thought about how nice he was. A professional in what he does too.
We had hung out afterwards but we were just acquaintances talking about the shoot and how we were to promote our song. It had, after all, turned out very successful for both of us and still was one of both of our most streamed songs.
But I was excited to see Zayn again. I couldn't wait.
