It started with a burst of lightning. The entire house shook, sending chills down everyone's spine. Tension flooded through the air as we all just stood there.
A screeching noise came ringing through everyone's phones, causing us all to panic.
"Get into the shelter, like we practiced!" My Mom yelled.
Cracking thunder,
Lightning bursts, whisking wind,
