When my parents said the stay at the beach house was "temporarily" they were seriously wrong. I am now 12 years old and still living "life on the edge" at the beach house. At the age 8 , I never knew the word temporarily meant for a short period of time. I always thought that it meant forever and always. (Darn you vocabulary classes!) Nowadays I actually know what it means and in the future. I will remind my parents of the moment. To me the "moment" is when my parents told me the bad news. The bad news of the house. I thought it was a joke , but it obviously was not.
