Scar’s POV.
“Where’s Michael?” I ask lounging against Sammi’s legs as she read a story I wrote for Wattpad off my phone.
“I think he said something about talking to Vic…” DJ says leaning against Sammi’s bed on the other side.
Not even three seconds later Vic burst into the room looking madder than ever.
“YOU KISSED MICHAEL FUCKING VAMPIRE!! YOU FUCKING CHEATING BITCH!!!” Vic shrieks getting in my face.
I flinched due to the past with my father. I was abused from the time I was 8 till the time I was 16 and met Vic.
A pained look flashed briefly across Vic’s face but it was replaced immediately with anger.
“Why Scar?” Vic asks getting painfully close to me shaking with anger.
Suddenly I felt numb and noticed I had sat on a morphine drip that the nurse had left from when they had to knock Sammi out to fix all her cuts and things and then I passed out. Embraced by warm darkness.
Michael’s POV
I walked in Sammi’s room only to see Scar black out. I pushed Vic away and yanked the IV out of her thigh. I picked her limp body up throwing the liquid morphine across the room, the bag hitting the wall and popping sending morphine everywhere.
I hugged her tight to me, pressing the nurse’s button repeatedly until a nurse ran in.
She took one look at Scar and then the morphine bag and rushed forward grabbing Scar and ran out of the room screaming for a doctor. She was strong for such a tiny person.
I followed her out and got there just in time to see Scar laid on a gurney and then rushed into the ICU, a nurse stayed back to explain what happened.
“When the IV went into her leg and she applied pressure to the back she received too much Morphine and too much Morphine can result in death.” The nurse says in monotone before rushing into the ICU right after the rest of the doctors and nurses.
